"Let's discuss the positives first: The ambiance is truly remarkable. The interior designer of this restaurant did an excellent job. It creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels upscale. Each room has its own unique vibe, with lovely trim work on the walls and moldings. Now, onto the negatives: The service started off well but gradually declined. My water was never refilled, and when our bottle was empty, we weren't even offered more. I've never experienced a restaurant that doesn't package your leftovers for you. Our server simply dropped off the boxes and wished us a nice evening. I was quite surprised by that. After spending $200, having to box up my own food was disappointing. I ordered the ribeye because the pictures made it look like a fantastic choice. We also opted for the "three for $35" sides, choosing broccolini, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. Since our dinner reservation was later in the evening, we only had the cornbread as an appetizer. Unfortunately, nothing was enjoyable; it looked appealing but didn't taste good. My steak was a poor cut, and for an $85 steak, the quality was subpar—even in the dim lighting, it appeared gray. The sides were mediocre at best; the mac and cheese was essentially just noodles with melted cheese on top. Typically, these are standout dishes at steak restaurants. We even brought the leftovers home for our 2-year-old, who usually enjoys these items, but she wouldn’t eat them either. It’s possible that the food was off that night since I arrived at 9:30 PM and didn't get my meal until 10:45 PM, suggesting they might have been short-staffed. However, I wouldn't return to this restaurant unless it was just for drinks or if there were an event that made the ambiance appealing. I hope this review provides some insight into what you can expect."

"My recent dining experience at the Tasting room was nothing short of exceptional, earning it a well-deserved five-start rating. From start to finish, every aspect of the evening exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, Wayne, our host, set the tone for the evening with his warm and welcoming demeanor. He had a genuine passion towards the restaurant that ensured that our dining experience was memorable. Wayne and Ashley (our server) attention to detail and attentiveness truly made us feel like valued guests. Ashley, our server, continued to uphold the high standards set by Wayne. She was not only attentive but also remarkably knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she guided us through a culinary journey that left our taste buds dancing with delight. Her friendly and accommodating nature made the evening all the more enjoyable. And then there's chef/Owner Robert, the culinary genius behind the masterpieces that graced our plates. His creative and innovative approach to food was nothing short of awe-inspiring. Each dish was a work of art, both visually and in terms of taste. The attention to sourcing fresh, local ingredients was evident in every bite, and it was evident that Robert's passion for his craft shines through in every dish. The wine selection was also impeccable, and Ashley's expertise in pairing wines with our courses was spot on. The ambiance of the Tasting room was elegant and inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. The attention to detail in the decor and lighting added to the overall atmosphere, making it an ideal setting for a special occasion or a romantic night out. In conclusion, the Tasting Room, with Wayne as our host, Ashley as our server, and Chef/Owner Robert at the helm, provided an unforgettable dinning experience. The combination of exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and a thoughtfully curated wine selection truly sets this establishment apart. I wholeheartedly recommend the Tasting Room to anyone seeking an extraordinary culinary adventure. It's a true gem that deserves every on of its five stars.
