"After experiencing mostly good meals with some inconsistent service since their recent grand opening, we decided to give Walt’s another chance, and we're so glad we did. The menu has been completely revamped, now featuring lighter, healthier, and more intriguing options compared to the typical fried foods and sandwiches found in many brewpubs around Bend. Plus, all the fried chicken now uses thigh meat instead of breast, which is a change that all restaurants should consider since it’s so much better."
