"In my opinion, this is the best pizza in Massachusetts. During my time at UMass Lowell, I wish I had eaten here more frequently. Now that I live near Worcester and work in Boston, I still make it a priority to visit Lowell occasionally just to enjoy the linguica pizza. There's no other place that can satisfy my craving for Santoro's; they truly stand out in their class! The taste is just as I remember it! It's definitely worth the drive. The wings are fantastic as well."

"First, the reservation was booked for low table seating and instead we sat at bar stool table tops. A few more people did show up than what our reservation was for, but the place was not busy at all. But we received a lot of attitude for the extra business we provided them. It took forever to get our food order taken. Our waitress said she was just taking drink orders even on her third pass. When we finally did get our food some complained the some items such as French fries were cold. We waited over minutes with our food in front of us before napkins and silverware were served. A guest at our table had to go find them. And finally some of our checks were messed up. When we have a group booking we will find somewhere else as they just cannot seem to accommodate."

"I came here after seeing other reviews saying they had several vegan options and even a dedicated vegan menu. This is not the experience I had however. I asked our server if they had vegan options and she said she had to confirm with the kitchen, and asked if I had anything in mind. I told her I was looking at the Sweet Chili Thai Veggie Bowl, as that was my preferred option from the Vegetarian Bowls section. She came back and confirmed that the dish I was looking at was vegan, but couldn’t say if there were any other options besides that. I’m still giving this place 3 stars since the Sweet Chili Thai Veggie Bowl was delicious and very well seasoned. The atmosphere here is chill, with exception of the many kids that come with their families and can get loud at times. All in all, I’m not sure if I would recommend this place to vegans given the seemingly limited options."

"We went during happy hour and you can only be at the bar or patio area for the happy hour prices. I had the pulled pork sliders which were really good and the classic margarita, which I'm very particular about and the first one was perfectly delicious. So much so that I ordered a second one. I'm pretty sure they left out the simple syrup or the triple sec because it was more sour and not any sweet in it. They were pretty busy because there was a conference in town but there was one table in the patio that got all the attention from not only the server for that table but also our server. Meanwhile the manager was standing near the drink station doing nothing when he could have at least been filling water glasses for all the tables."

"We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident while driving from Houston to Corpus Christi. My husband ordered a Hinze burger, which was unfortunately disappointing. The Bar B Q sauce had soaked into the bun, the meat was overcooked, and the onions were undercooked. I saved the burger by sharing some of my delicious meatloaf to put on it. For my lunch special, I had meatloaf with fried okra and blackeyed peas with ham bits. It tasted like it was made in someone's grandmother's kitchen - fresh and delicious. The meal came with a piece of homemade bread with real butter, which was a nice touch. The meatloaf was perfect, with just the right amount of onion and bell pepper. It was a thick, generous slice that could have been split and served with extra sides. The meatloaf held together well and had a tasty sauce on top, possibly bar b q. We also took a piece of pecan brittle to go, which was perfect - buttery, with a satisfying crunch. The service was self-serve, with food brought out to the table and drinks and refills obtained by the customers. We would definitely stop by again if we are in the area."

"What a fantastic and unexpected delight! We stopped by on our way home from vacation, and I might just have to take the same route again whenever we're near Gatlinburg. At first, we were a bit skeptical as we drove past a trailer park, but don’t let the unassuming exterior fool you—this place is a gem. Our waitress, Brittany, was incredibly sweet and even shared some of the restaurant's history with us. I ordered the Burgasteak, which was delicious, and the side of potatoes was wonderfully aromatic with herbs. My son had the kids' steak bites, and I was thrilled to find that the mac and cheese was of high quality, not just filling. I can't recommend the French onion soup enough; it might be the best I've ever had. My husband ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich, which was huge—in a good way! The loaded fries were also a hit. Do yourself a favor and stop by. The decor is charming and spotless as well. I wish I could give them more than five stars!"

"The prices at this restaurant are unbeatable and the food is comforting. The waitresses are fantastic and make you feel right at home. It has a nostalgic, old-fashioned diner vibe and is open 24 hours a day. I enjoyed a perfectly cooked 8 oz steak and delicious mashed potatoes, just like homemade. The hot cocoa was also delicious. My dining experience at this restaurant was wonderful from start to finish. There is even a bar near the restrooms where they host lively karaoke nights. The atmosphere, food, and prices are all exceptional and transport you back to the 1950s with their friendly and welcoming service. I will definitely be returning to eat here again."

"Probably one of the best small bars on the south shore. Ridiculous selection of various brands/types of whiskey. I was actually impressed to see mezcal on the drink menu. I only had appetizers and drinks, but everything was amazing. Bar staff was top notch, never had to wait an extensive amount of time with a pretty packed bar. Have full intention on going back multiple times."

"The service and the atmosphere are great! The food is good and cheap, they have some midwest country lovers like fried okra and cornbread. The food itself could only be a 4 star, but the service is more than 5 in my book. I have a brother who is special needs with heavy autism so he can't handle loud music. "The Potato Pancakes were thick and cheesy, resembling hockey pucks. They weren't terrible, but one was more than enough. This was an all-you-can-eat Fish Fry, yet we were never asked if we wanted more fish, and our drinks went unrefilled until I had to go to the bar for more water. I apologize if the Cod isn't actually pre-breaded, but I must commend your kitchen for cutting all the fish to look uniform. Unfortunately, I had one piece that was undercooked and another that was overcooked. On a positive note, the Broiled Cod was very good. Overall, the bill was over $120 for our outing, and sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning."

"11/9/2023 Much of this was chance but I guess the stars were in alignment or something. Once upon a time there were best friends that had a falling out then one random day, they each went to Orena Sports Bar with someone else. Even more coincidentally, the estranged friend was meeting the other 's brother. For over an hour, the brothers sat side by side at the bar, one not knowing the other was at his back. Finally, after a couple beers, a bit of liquid courage, the estranged friend says out loud, dude, hello even though he may be risking a fight. And then they all drank beers together happily ever after. Did Orena cause this chance meeting, no, but it was the place this crazy reunion happened and it 's now part of my, the estranged friend 's, life story. Seriously, from a review standpoint, the bar staff was really nice. It was busy do there was a few times we waited but I was with friends so not s big deal. The garlic Parmesan wings were tasty. It 's closer to i-drive so I think it 's a couple dollars more than you 'll find some other places, but not crazy expensive. They have pool tables and darts. Great night! Awesome night!"
