"Our server, Jaime, was fabulous! He was a wealth of information about the restaurant and the history of the area, accommodated our food allergies, celebrated my birthday and took care of our special requests. The scone was large, hot from the oven and delicious. Jaime brought a large piece of cheesecake with fresh strawberries, blueberries and mint leaves and he and another lovely man sang Happy Birthday, it was very nice! Sadly, the toasted bread for the sandwiches were tough and hard to eat, the cakes for our dessert were frozen and the desserts over all were bland.The neighbourhood the restaurant is located in is scary, but once inside, it is a taste of old world elegance. There are many quaint touches in the different cars that were fun to see. But, what it comes down to was Jaime made it completely enjoyable, he was a gem, they are lucky to have him!"
