"I used to love Hamburg and was a regular customer, even though the quality of their burgers had been declining. Today was the final straw. I arrived with a group of friends, having recommended the place because it claimed to be open until midnight. However, when we got there at 10:50 PM, we were told at the entrance that it was takeout only, and the staff had a very unfriendly attitude. Despite our attempts to explain that we could eat quickly, they insisted it was only for takeout. There are plenty of other restaurants out there, and because of this experience, I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone else."
