"When I walked into the restaurant, it seemed like I was going to have a nice dining experience. The waiters were very friendly and welcoming and there were well dressed diners in classy attire seated inside the restaurant. I chose to sit outside, which was a bad choice because the atmosphere outside was terrible. I recommend being seated inside rather than outside. Outside seating is like sitting in an alley. Now, on to the food It was terrible! Iceberg lettuce wedge was not fresh all around lots of wilted leaves and some rotten stems. Definitely not a very good presentation at all. The waiter took away my plate before I could take a picture of the salad. The lamb shank and polenta was not sizzling hot despite being served on a griddle pan. The polenta and meat were lukewarm. Overall not a nice dining experience for me. I did not feel like paying for a bad meal like that. It just makes me cry, that a restaurant would serve a bad meal like that. The manager was gracious enough to forgive the check and give me the meal for free (I offered to pay half because I ate a good portion of the meal already). I should have stopped eating and had the waiter take my plate away. In conclusion, Trattoria 360 served me a bad meal, but they refunded me my money so maybe it was just a bad night for this restaurant."
