"First, when I asked for bread, the older Asian server in pink replied that she would get the drinks first. For a table of five, we received only four pieces of bread. When I asked for more, I was met with disapproving looks and only given a small bowl of oil—without the rosemary I expected. As the dishes were served, no one even bent down to place the plates on the table; instead, the server stood there with his hand out, expecting us to take the plates directly from him. When I requested to keep a menu for future reference, the server bluntly said no. If customers want to refer to the menu, why can't they have one? Throughout our meal, they hardly cleared our plates, and the pizza was served uncut, leaving us unsure about how to eat it. The server made a face when we asked him to cut it for us. We even had to ask for spoons when sauce was served—shouldn't that be a standard part of the service? The most ridiculous part came at the end when the same server stood in front of us, expecting us to leave a tip right in front of her. We wanted to have a conversation, and it was only 8:53 PM—closing time was 10 PM, so why the rush? Then, to top it all off, she returned demanding her copy of the receipt, as if she couldn’t wait to leave. Is this how customers should be treated? It felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us. The service was abysmal, and I definitely won't be returning. The experience felt not just unprofessional, but also tinged with racism. It was the worst service I've ever encountered."

"When it came to the food, the situation worsened. They forgot two pasta dishes entirely, while everyone else’s food was served. My brother and I were left waiting, and the waitress only checked on our table three times throughout the entire meal, never asking if we were missing anything or if we were okay. When we attempted to inform a staff member helping Havana about the missing pastas, she rudely replied that it was our waitress's problem and walked away. Finally, when we managed to get Havana's attention, we told her about the missing dishes. She barely reacted, then went to get Thomas, telling him—not us—that the kitchen was closed, leaving us unable to eat together. Thomas struggled to apologize, clearly knowing they had messed up badly. As the person celebrating, I ended up not getting to eat at all. This experience could have been avoided if Thomas, the manager, had stayed with our table and not handed it off to someone who clearly wasn’t able to manage it. If the staff had been better trained to communicate and attend to our needs, Havana would have been aware of the missing food, and we wouldn't have had to endure such poor service. Overall, it was just disappointing. The management and staff really need to improve. I left without eating, and the only compensation offered was a $25 gift card from Thomas, which felt inadequate. It's essential for them to own up to their mistakes. This birthday dinner was ruined because of the lack of proper service from both Havana and Thomas."

"Around 10 minutes later, I approached the hostess to ask about preheating instructions. She was friendly and nice, but when she went to consult the chef, we overheard him yelling that we just needed to wait and that the food wasn’t ready. She explained we were only seeking the oven temperature, but he continued to shout that we could find that out later because it would be on the box. We needed to know the temperature since the pizzas were for a work luncheon, and it was crucial for our coworkers to prepare as much as possible before we returned. The chef didn’t provide any information and only kept yelling while pointing at the box he was holding. Eventually, the hostess returned and, thankfully, informed us of the temperature. She was the only pleasant person we encountered during this visit. By this time, it was 11:30 AM, about 30 minutes after our arrival, and we noticed our order on the counter. The same worker who had placed it there looked at us but didn’t say anything and just walked away. After five minutes of waiting, we approached the counter to confirm if that was indeed our order. She replied, “Oh yes, it is. I was still working on it,” before handing it to us and saying it was ready. I thought to myself, if you were still working on it, how could you hand it to me saying it’s ready? It felt as if they intended to let our order sit there, knowing we had been waiting for over 30 minutes past our pickup time. The reason I'm sharing this review three weeks later is that we received a customer feedback form via email, which we filled out. A manager then called us back to apologize, expressing that he was shocked and disappointed to hear about our experience. He promised compensation for our miserable visit, but it has never been sent."
