"Around 10 minutes later, I approached the hostess to ask about preheating instructions. She was friendly and nice, but when she went to consult the chef, we overheard him yelling that we just needed to wait and that the food wasn’t ready. She explained we were only seeking the oven temperature, but he continued to shout that we could find that out later because it would be on the box.
We needed to know the temperature since the pizzas were for a work luncheon, and it was crucial for our coworkers to prepare as much as possible before we returned. The chef didn’t provide any information and only kept yelling while pointing at the box he was holding. Eventually, the hostess returned and, thankfully, informed us of the temperature. She was the only pleasant person we encountered during this visit.
By this time, it was 11:30 AM, about 30 minutes after our arrival, and we noticed our order on the counter. The same worker who had placed it there looked at us but didn’t say anything and just walked away. After five minutes of waiting, we approached the counter to confirm if that was indeed our order. She replied, “Oh yes, it is. I was still working on it,” before handing it to us and saying it was ready. I thought to myself, if you were still working on it, how could you hand it to me saying it’s ready? It felt as if they intended to let our order sit there, knowing we had been waiting for over 30 minutes past our pickup time.
The reason I'm sharing this review three weeks later is that we received a customer feedback form via email, which we filled out. A manager then called us back to apologize, expressing that he was shocked and disappointed to hear about our experience. He promised compensation for our miserable visit, but it has never been sent."
