"Chesapeake Seafood is a local favorite spot that offers a variety of baskets, platters, samplers, sandwiches, and appetizers featuring fresh seafood. They also take advance orders for pickup. During our early lunch visit, we tried crab balls, hot crab dip with crackers, shrimp fries, jumbo lump crab cakes, and a seafood sampler with coconut shrimp, fried shrimp, calamari, mussels, and crab balls. The hot crab dip was my favorite, it was thick and creamy, and paired perfectly with the crackers. All the dishes were freshly made and crispy, with just the right amount of breading to let the fresh seafood shine. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. While there are only a few tables inside, most customers seem to prefer takeout. Don't miss the hot crab dip! Friendly service and convenient private parking are also pluses."
