"The more I go to the Greene Turtle in Middletown, the more disappointed I become. The food selection is great, but the service is awful. My food was not only cold, my servers never checked on my table or brought us half of what we asked for. The kitchen was also out of the food that we had ordered, and rather then informing us of the shortage after ordering our appetizer, the food was never brought out to us at all, leaving us more hungry to leave the restaurant then before we came. I understand being busy, but if you do not have enough waitstaff, then people should not continued to be seated."
