It's a beautifully run establishment that is always clean, professional, efficient, and staffed by cheerful employees who do everything perfectly. The bagels are consistently delicious and generous in size! My only complaint is that the most popular varieties often sell out because they’re just that good! Diana does an outstanding job managing orders and ensuring the food quality is top-notch every time. A big shoutout to the rest of the team: Laura, Erica, Tory, Caroline, and Annabeth! Keep up the excellent customer service. I also want to recognize the owner, Steve, who is always present—this is key to the restaurant's success.
