"When there was a mistake with my meal, I felt it was my right, as a long-time patron, to bring it to their attention, as this feedback is essential for improvement. Unfortunately, instead of being receptive, Pryce chose to belittle my concerns about the inedible dish. I want to stress that since 2008, I have consistently supported this business, and I have great respect for the chef and the owners I have met. However, Pryce's behavior is a different issue. Because of this encounter, I will no longer be dining at Shaba Shabu until he is no longer in his position."
