"The fries are consistently soggy, and when I ordered a fish plate, it wasn’t cooked all the way through. I requested extra ketchup packets, but none were included in my order. Additionally, the tartar sauce they served appeared to have been left out for a long time instead of being properly refrigerated. The pickles in the sauce were overly acidic and tart; after just two bites, I couldn't eat any more. Even though the sauce contains mayonnaise, it was served at room temperature."
