"Molcajete I had to look it up. A Molcajete is like a Mexican stone mortar and pestle. They essentially take a cornucopia of meats (chicken, steak, carnitas, chorizo, shrimp) and saucey flavors and heat them in this big stone chalice. It comes to you bubbling hot (I wish I could show you the video) with a side plate of the usual beans, rice, guacamole, pico de galla, sour cream, etc, and tortillas. It?s twice the price as the average meal on the menu and so much food that I assume it?s meant to be shared. I seriously don?t know why more reviewers aren?t talking about this, it?s amazing! And for someone trying to cut back on carbs, it?s perfect; I just skipped the tortillas and rice. And since no one wanted to share it, I had 2/3rds left to take home. If I wasn?t watching carbs I?d probably reheat it with some chips and make fantastic nachos! My kids said their dishes were good too. In fact they were so satisfied and full they refused fried ice cream their favorite. My margarita was just okay. Our server seemed like she was having a hard day or maybe she was new and training, it was also the end of the night. In any case, service was fine and food came out in a descent time considering I ordered a specialty item. I appreciated the large high backed booth. We paid for the first time using a QR code on the bill and Apple Pay, which was super convenient."
