"This is my second time ordering from this restaurant using their Square menu link. I placed an order worth $47 at 8:30 PM, and they stated it would be ready by 9:20 PM. I arrived at the restaurant right at 9:20, but the staff member at the bar, who was watching the basketball game, informed me that my order had been canceled. I never received any notification via email or phone call from either Square or the restaurant, despite them having my contact information. He also told me they were out of mac and cheese, yams, and fish.
Feeling frustrated, I left and checked my bank account to see if I had a pending refund, which thankfully I did. Later, while scrolling through Instagram, I noticed they had posted a plate of food that included mac and cheese, yams, and fish. Given how they handled my order and wasted my time, I don’t think I’ll be returning. Good customer service and positive word of mouth are important, and this experience has unfortunately soured my view of the restaurant."
