"I ordered a mushroom cheesesteak with fried onions and a side of chicken nuggets. The order arrived quickly, but there were no mushrooms on my cheesesteak at all. I called the store to report the issue. The person on the phone asked me to hold while checking with the cook. Then he told me the mushrooms were supposed to be in the middle of the steak. I explained again that there were no mushrooms on it. He insisted that the cook confirmed the mushrooms were there. It’s frustrating when the restaurant trusts their employee’s word over a customer clearly looking at their food. The cook simply forgot to add the mushrooms and didn’t admit it. Because of this, I won’t be ordering from Pizza Power again."
