"This one does not have the chic modern outside you often see but is still very nice and fits into the small business area. Fancier chill inside though you don't have to dress up. Huge wine selection and large vegan menu, all on one menu, nice! I hate picking through a regular menu to find the vegan options. Very nice service too, with enthusiasm for the vegan dishes. They had vegan desserts; we got the small parfait thingie which hit the spot for 2 people. Not inexpensive, but hardly any restaurants are cheap these days. I loved my Caesar salad and the mushroom soup with a drizzle of truffle oil. Newer features for fall 2023 have a Korean influence, as did my Korean quinoa bowl, tasty with a little spice. I always have a great time at Harvest, and I think they continue to build more of this mostly-PA small chain."

"We have dined here many times for both lunch and dinner. Have never had an experience like this before. Server was nice but needs to work on table management. Asked the server for a clean plate, never got it. Asked a bus person for one, came immediately. Fries served with meal were tepid at best. Server said he would get us fresh fries. Never got them. Manager came by and we asked if he could get us new fries. Finally got them. Asked for a box to take home food. Finally arrived after 15 minutes. Mind you it was not very busy and seemed as though there was plenty of servers on hand for the evening service. We won’t be rushing back anytime soon."

"The entrance may appear unassuming and somewhat rough around the edges, but don’t let that deter you; this place is well worth a stop for a meal. The bar area at the front, which is partially outdoors, is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are fantastic. One downside is that this is also where smokers gather, which can be a drawback for non-smokers like us (though we did enjoy sitting outside during a previous visit). So, we opted to head inside instead. The waitstaff is friendly and quick with drinks and food service. If you arrive early, you can expect faster service since the restaurant tends to fill up later. The menu changes frequently and often features a catch of the day. Additionally, they offer to cook your fresh catch if you book in advance. I particularly love the lobster, which comes with a generous side of potatoes, veggies, salad, and more. The appetizers are fantastic, especially the jumbo shrimp. The coconut shrimp is an extraordinary main dish; the shrimp are large, coated with a thick, crispy, and sweet coconut layer—definitely some of the best coconut shrimp you’ll find in Florida. Beer enthusiasts will be delighted, as the Castaway has an impressive selection of beers—over dozens to choose from. You can savor your favorite seafood while enjoying a beer tasting experience, and there are draft specials for those on a budget. When we visited this past Christmas, we were pleasantly surprised that some entrée prices had actually decreased since our last visit two years ago. The Castaway is ideal for families or a group of adults looking for a fun dinner with drinks. The snapper dish is one of my favorites, and the grouper is simply delicious. I’ve never had a bad meal here. While many seafood restaurants can be a bit pricey, the Castaway offers great value for the quality of food, service, and unique atmosphere. Whether you are headed to Key Largo or Key West, make sure to include a visit to this restaurant on your journey through the Keys."

"Very disappointed! We dine at Harvest frequently but tonight was the worst experience. The service was very slow. The table next to us ended up leaving after the slow service and receiving cold appetizers. We asked the waitress for additional time to look over the menu. She walked past our table several times and finally after 20 minutes I flagged her down to place our order. It took almost a half hour for our entrees to come out. The waitress didn’t seemed concerned that we waited for a while-didn’t address the issue at all. A manager never came to our table to see how our meal was. I actually asked one of the manager’s for a takeout container which he provided me but no follow up. I discussed mocktail choices with the waitress and eventually decided on the pomegranate spritz mocktail.I ordered the bacon wrapped scallops which were delicious. The sides it came with were very bland however. I then ordered the pumpkin dessert and was given the apple (not a huge deal it was still good). Upon receiving the bill, I noticed that it said pomegranate fizz (which is the alcoholic version of the mocktail I wanted). When I questioned the waitress about it, her response was oh yea you must have gotten the alcoholic one then I’m sorry. Her lack of empathy and this mistake was very upsetting. I chose not to drink alcohol as opposed to being pregnant or unable to consume it. This large mistake could have had serious consequences for someone with different circumstances. We generally have very good experiences when dining at Harvest. Tonight was a dramatic change in food quality and service."

"Worth the detour. After seeing a few dishes posted on Instagram (found by searching #RVA), we detoured to The Savory Grain on a trip from OH to GA. We arrived at the tail end of the Sunday brunch hour, pleased that we hadn't missed the live music (guitar and upright bass jazz). We took seats at the bar, and were quickly given waters and menus. Our order consisted of an artisan salad with applewood smoked bacon, and carrot cake pancakes. Not so great: the salad arrived with ham, not the bacon requested. Great: the pancakes were surprisingly, and refreshingly, not-too-sweet. "Place wasn’t too packed, service was pretty slow. My boyfriend and I decided on an appetizer (fried brussels) which was the only decent food item we received. I ordered the smokehouse melt and it came out looking like it was sitting under the food heaters for quite a long time as the cheese wasnt even melty and the pork was completely dried out. Let alone it was supposed to be a pretzel melt sandwich and it did not come out like that. My boyfriend ordered the cajun shrimp pasta and instead received chicken alfredo. We spared the server the trouble of being “those customers” and just wanted to pay and leave but the server kept making comments about us not eating, without having the thought or consideration that what she served us was unappetizing/unappealing and incorrect for that matter. I am also not one to ever make reviews as I’ve worked in the service industry before, but this had me appalled. Very disappointed as I’ve eaten here before and it wasnt that bad, so was excited to dine here again. Needless to say, I will never be returning to Ozgood’s."

"I've been enjoying Legal Seafood for decades. I enjoyed the consistency of good food, served fresh, reasonably fast, delicious flavors, beautiful portions and all at a respectable price. I'm not sure what happened last night. The taste was moderate. The food wasn't hot. My companion ordered something with roasted potatoes. The potatoes were so hard trying to cut them with the knife was almost impossible. It would have taken a steak knife to cut it. Also the Iceberg Wedge Salad?? This is a very simple creation. Not complicated. It was just bad. My companion lives in walking distance to this special legal 's. He warned me that the quality of the restaurant had withdrawn. I didn't want to believe him. It is legal seafood finally...... He wasn't wrong."

"Service is not great. People fill up one water glass and walk away without filling other people's glasses on the same table. Have to ask for butter or lemons from different people. Try to catch a server flying by not always the same one. Some order are ready and sit on the counter, but no server picks them up and brings them to the table. "It was a quiet evening, but the atmosphere was sophisticated and professional. I started with a cup of lobster bisque, which was excellent and filled with generous chunks of fresh lobster. My wife mentioned to our server that she wasn’t much of a seafood lover, and the server kindly provided several recommendations, including some dishes from the lunchtime menu like steak tips and a grilled chicken sandwich. She opted for the chicken sandwich, while I decided to stick with the lobster and ordered the lobster mac and cheese. Both of our meals were outstanding; however, the lobster mac boasted that it contained a whole Maine lobster, and while there was definitely a generous portion of lobster, I didn’t quite think it was accurate to claim there were six claws without any tails. Nonetheless, there was plenty to enjoy. Unfortunately, the dessert was the only letdown. We ordered the Boston Cream Pie, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. Overall, we had a lovely meal and are looking forward to returning."

We started our waterfront scenic lunch off with a terrific fried mozzarella stick (6) appy. They were out of certain fish that was on the regular menu. The spinach and crab dip there is my favorite! However, when I ordered it this time, it had absolutely zero crab in it. "I've been dining at Legal Seafood in Braintree for more than 20yrs! Even when it was located in the Plaza! And it's always been great!! I reserved a Hightop table for 7pm and when I arrived the hostess sat us at a mini low top table with 6-7 open 4 person seating and I said if the Hightop wasn't available could we sit at a larger table because we order apps, drinks, clam chowder and full dinners and the tiny table wouldn't accommodate! She went back to the host/hostess station and returned and said she couldn't do it because they had larger party's coming! Well barely 5 minutes later they sat 2 people at one of the 4 person tables I requested! Decided not to order apps and ordered a clam dinner and when it came it was clam strips! They made me a new clam plate but my wife ate her scallop dinner while I waited for my dinner! And even with the delayed meal 4 of the original empty tables remained empty!!"

"So here it is the reality. The service right from the start wasn’t good. We sat outside and waited for approximately 15 minutes before they got a drink order. We were about to just get up and leave there. The drinks came out correct and the bottomless mimosas were perfect. My old fashion was not as lucky. They didn’t have the correct mix ratio and it was more like watered down straight whisky. At least they had good whisky to drink. The food was another story , it came out hot and looked good. For me it was bland and average at best. The chicken and waffles had almost no flavor. The chicken was cooked well it was just bland. The waitress was very nice and clearly tried hard to make it work the best she could. I thought she was very nice. I’m the end stay away from here imo. There are plenty of places to go that have way better food and drinks."
