"I would like to thank Shawna for her excellent service and help with resolving an issue. I had ordered from Skrimp Shack twice before and I would ask for a gallon of sweet tea. When the driver would arrive, there would be only ½ gallon of tea. When calling Uber Eats, they would say they would reach out to Skrimp Shack, but nothing would happen. So, I called the restaurant directly and Shawna answered. Upon hearing my situation, Shawna handled it with great professionalism and ease. She ensured that the driver had two half gallons of tea for my orders. I would like to thank her very much and that she is an excellent asset to your restaurant. Bobby Anderson"

"I had an order over&135.00 and I was missing one of my cups of gumbo. I ordered a large pink lemonade that was missing. Besides food missing the on duty manager was cursing terribly at the cashier in front of customers. Language that I take offense at and speaking to another person like that is totally unnecessary. The young lady that was the cashier and receiving the verbal abuse looked as though she was going to break down and cry. I will let all I know this establishment is the most unprofessional business I have every frequent. My first time coming after receiving very high reviews from other customers, however this location needs to have owners replace the manager and have other employees go through sensitivity training. Ridiculous service, not providing entire orders, and cursing at employees while customers are present is totally unacceptable. Terrible, extremely terrible business. I recommend that NO ONE support or patronage this so called business. Also while there two other customers were reviewing the menu but walked out when they heard the degrading language used. Mentioned to me on outside they would never again step into this place. Management needs to be aware of poor order delivery but most of all lack of customer respect."

"When ordering my food I had a couple of questions and the young lady seemed annoyed by my question. I asked how many pieces of fish comes in the baskets. Her initial response was “what”! So, I asked again and she said what do you mean! I asked again, she said it’s by 7 oz. Ok roughly how many pieces is that. She seemed annoyed with the question and me at the point. I really couldn’t understand why because I had just walked in and had questions about the portion sizes. Finally, I asked the cook. I will not patronize a business that don’t like to answer questions about the menu. Her attitude was absolutely horrible!!I observed the front counter person texting on her phone, digging in her ear with her fingers, and scratching her scalp. Not once did I see her wash her hands. Granted she just bags the food, but If this is indicative of what’s happening in the kitchen I will not be going back.The fish and fries were a little too salty for my taste. Others in my group thought it was ok.I gave this restaurant 3 starts because the food was hot and others in my group said the food was just ok."

"The food was delicious, and the service was excellent! The menu may be simple, but it's really satisfying. I had the shrimp po' boy sandwich with mild sauce, which had just the right amount of spice for me. My husband ordered the whiting and shrimp dinner with collard greens, and he thought the greens were exceptional. I paired my sandwich with fries, which were also quite tasty. They serve Pepsi products with crushed ice, and the portion sizes are generous given the price. The dining area was clean and well-lit. It wasn't overly crowded, but there was a consistent stream of customers on Saturday night. I will definitely be back! If you love shrimp and lightly breaded fried fish, as well as jumbo shrimp and fillets, this is a wonderful place. Highly recommended—5 stars!"

"Fish and fries were not only over cooked but you could taste the old grease they were cooked in ?Young lady that took the order had no customer service and was rude. She obviously didn't want to be there by her demeanor.I dine in and was very clear I was dining in to have my food dropped on the table in carry form by another rude employee from the kitchen.Needless to say I will not be back."
