"I was really let down by this restaurant. Based on the reviews, we anticipated a much better experience. On a Saturday night, the place was surprisingly quiet, yet the hostess had to check if there was a clean booth available despite there being over ten empty booths. The steak tips were incredibly tough, making it difficult to cut through most of them with a knife. Our well-done burgers came out pink in the middle on one side and were extremely greasy. The grilled cheese was served on burnt bread with unmelted cheese. To make matters worse, the service was very slow. After waiting an hour for our food, we didn’t want to stay another hour for replacements. They didn’t charge us for one burger or the steak bites, but we still ended up spending nearly $40 on a beer, a burger, a kid's grilled cheese, and soup."
