"Every time we visit the drive-thru, we end up waiting for a long time. Although the food is decent, the salsa is truly outstanding. Since we don’t live near the area off the 410, we only stop by when we get the opportunity. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, our order was incorrect—we received a bean and cheese item instead of the guisada with cheese we ordered, and we ended up with just a cheese quesadilla instead of the steak quesadilla we wanted. As people who work in customer service and management ourselves, we expected a better resolution. Rather than providing a solution for their mistakes, they asked us to drive back, return the incorrect items, and wait for them to fix our order. They even suggested that we come back to get a refund. I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but this experience was quite disappointing."
