"Drive Thru Order- 10:23pm Sunday, September 4, 2022 The ordering process seemed to be hurried. Once we got into the window, our payment was made and our drinks were delivered. After a few minutes, our food was delivered. After removing the window, we discovered that nothing we ordered was correct and we assumed that they had given us the wrong order. I tried to get someone's attention to correct the problem, but was unsuccessful because the shop doors were locked and nobody was on anything but what was behind the counter. I went through a long line of cars to the auto-duration window and was immediately informed by the person on the window that they had realized that they had given me the wrong order as I pulled away. My impression was that the person in the window found it amusing because he smiled. I returned the wrong order and was returned the right order. The fishnibblers had a strong bitter aftertaste as if the oil in which they were fried was old. The chicken on my sandwich tasted the same. We didn't get forks for our cheeseries, which makes them even knife when they are already, which wasn't the first time that happened. I will not return to this place. Update: 10. September Someone from the store called me back after completing the online survey and offering a refund. From today, my bank account still shows not said refund. FK here!"
