"I ordered 4 ham and cheese sandwiches with all the toppings, two with Swiss cheese and two with yellow American cheese. However, I received all 4 sandwiches with yellow American cheese and turkey instead. This has happened to me on more than 5 occasions. One of the workers, a woman, had a major attitude. They really need to improve their service. All of them should be fired."

"My family and I really love this place. The food is great and we'll priced. Never had an issue until today. Ordered through Uber eats and missed half of our order which never happens. Ordered a SEC that was labeled SEC to see there was no sausage. Also ordered 3 side orders of bacon (3pcs each) and we received 1 out of the 3. Really like this place but our it's hard to get out of the house taking care of elderly family members who are EXTREMELY picky eaters, so we use Uber quite a bit..Hopefully this was a one time thing. After contacting Uber, I hope I will get a refund what was missing."

"Concord Market's catering service is outstanding and a true gem in our local area. Their variety of sandwiches is mouthwatering, including chicken salad wraps, turkey and cheddar, and ham and cheese on crispy bread, all topped with fresh lettuce and tomato. They generously provide plenty of mustard and mayo packets on the side. The beautifully packaged giant cookie boxes are incredible, offering flavors like rainbow sprinkle, chocolate sprinkle, chocolate chip, caramel, and white chocolate-dipped cookies. Additionally, there are large individual bags of potato chips to suit different preferences. The range of cold sodas and the included plasticware, plates, and napkins were perfect. Everything arrived early and was neatly arranged. I’m pretty sure we even got some extra treats! Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer!"

"got a Cuban thru door dash,the taste was great, main issue was that it was a ham sandwich lol,no black forest ham, no fresh ham just regular ham and no mustard on it either.I mention door dash because maybe they couldn't reach us to tell us they were out of the ingredients needed to and they did their best to accommodate the order?so don't want to completely knock them because it was still a good panini just not what i ordered and now I'm upset cause i half don't want to ever order from them because of it but at the same time it was really good so if made correctly i have no doubt it would've been quite good."

"I ordered breakfast delivery on Thursday morning. I got a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich with scallion cream cheese on a brioche bun, along with a cappuccino and a piece of skyberry crumb cake. The sandwich was quite large and had a nice amount of filling. I really loved the brioche option, which isn't something you find available at most places! The cappuccino was tasty, but it wasn't a true cappuccino; it had no foam and was more like a full cup of liquid, resembling a latte. The crumb cake looked great but turned out to be very dry and seemed overbaked. Based on other reviews and my experience with the egg sandwich, I will definitely come back to try more items from the sandwich menu."

"Very hit or miss. Some days the bagels are dense, moist and chewy and some days they're airy and dry as dust. Depending on who's making the sandwiches, they can be delicious or disgusting. "This was our first visit, and we had to wait about 20 to 25 minutes to be seated. There was limited wait staff, but it didn’t impact our experience much. It was definitely worth the wait! First off, the restaurant was very clean. The staff was friendly enough; we weren't there to make friends, just to eat! And we were really glad we did. I ordered the Monte Cristo Sandwich, which surprisingly came with syrup—I've never had it that way before. I’m glad I requested powdered sugar to go with it; it was amazing! Honestly, it was just as good as Disneyland’s version. My husband tried the Benedict Florentine (or something similar), and I had to snag a bite or two. I didn’t notice a kids' menu, but I wasn’t really looking for one. However, I did see that they had a nice Seniors menu with a good variety. The prices were fantastic for the quality and amount of food we received! I can't wait to try more dishes from them. We highly recommend Jennifer's!"

"I had the penne prosciutto arugula which was taste and creamy with the goat cheese. The arugula was raw but when mixed into the dish it became slightly wilted and delicious with the other textures. Grilling your own bread with different spreads to choose from was dun and didn’t take but a few minutes. I would suggest that the bread come out minutes before the entrees. My husband had the carbonara which came out lukewarm with a raw yolk on top. Being a chef himself he did not think the egg would cook enough in lukewarm pasta so removed the yolk. I would suggest the yolk be mixed into a hotter noodle and then served"

"I ordered delivery from this restaurant and ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for my hot dog, fries, sandwich with mashed potatoes, and empanadas. Unfortunately, the hot dog arrived cold, the fries were soggy, and the roast beef sandwich was severely overcooked. The mashed potatoes were clearly boxed and fake, while the empanadas were minuscule and cold. To top it off, they initially tried to charge me $40 when the correct total was $27. When I called the manager, he acknowledged the mistake but made no effort to address the long wait time or the poor quality of the food. This lack of customer service is a surefire way to lose business. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a meal."

When my Uber order was mixed up, the man I spoke to on the phone was courteous and quickly offered to help rectify the mistake. The service was excellent, and it was my first time dining there. My boss frequently orders from this deli for the office, and I can see why. The menu offers great deals, such as buy one get one free, and the sandwiches are phenomenal. The pancake, egg, and cheese sandwich is a must-try, as are the stuffed mushrooms. The hot food options are just as delicious. While waiting for my corrected order, I sampled the chocolate chip cookies, which were soft and delightfully melted in my mouth. I will definitely be returning for more. I highly recommend this deli for its exceptional service, delicious food, and cleanliness. Thumbs up to them!"

"I’m at a loss for words right now. I have been to this business numerous times, and it was a good experience, however, tonight I was parked infront of their business with my car on, taking an urgent phone call and the owner bangs on my side window yelling at me to move because there was apparently gas going into his building. Of course I would absolutely never purposefully do that, and moved immediately, however, banging on my window and yelling at me is bordering harassment. Especially as a woman at night this was a genuinely terrifying experience. He banged so loud I unintentionally screamed. This situation is so incredibly disappointing because I really enjoyed this small business before, however, that behavior is so beyond unacceptable. Had I been asked with respect and not explosive anger to move my car, there would be no issue."

"The food at this restaurant is delicious, however, I had a negative experience with the woman who took my order. She was not very friendly and repeated my card information over the phone, which made me uncomfortable as there were other people around who could potentially write it down. When I asked her not to repeat it, she snapped at me saying she wasn't around anyone. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect when I received it. When I called to explain, she again started arguing with me and ultimately offered to refund my money if I returned the food. Despite placing a delivery order, I had to drive to the restaurant to return it. The woman continued to argue with me at the counter, leaving me feeling frustrated. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant."

"The food was average. I ordered jumbo shrimp and it was more like butterfly shrimp. The hot chocolate didn’t taste good when compared to other places I’ve been too and the sodas come in cans instead of glasses. The menu is huge with a lot to choose from and the server I had was nice.
