"We have not had Toppers for a long time. Ordered it to be delivered with Uber eats. The driver arrived with someone else’s order. We stopped him and he said they only gave him the one order. I contacted Toppers to try to get this issue fixed. I had to call 4 times because the order line people couldn’t help and kept putting me on hold for 10-15 minutes. I finally was transferred to someone that told me it was Ubers fault and they were unwilling to help me. She said it was a he said she said issue and hung up on me. Disappointing! We will not try that again."

"I wasn 't a big fan of Papa John 's Pizza for quite awhile. The food was really greasy, cold and/or hadn 't been prepared correctly. I moved 3 years ago a different store is a couple of miles from here. I love chicken ? pizza with the white meat, ?bacon, onions, black olives or mushrooms, with ranch salad dressing for the sauce!I decided to try the Papadias that the store offers. It 's kinda like a calzone without the sealed edges...So I guess it 's like a Quesadilla but not exactly. It 's a folded over small pizza crust w/ the goodies inside. I don 't know how the cook it. I thought it might be placed in a panini press but there 's no markings on the side ?. So it 's baked . With the parmesan crusted ones they looked to have had the sides pressed to crisp the cheese.When they arrived I had purchased 2 for extra meals. 1 was parmesan crusted 1 plain. They both had the same toppings: ?Chicken breast, bacon, onions black olives. My sauce is ranch it 's best w chicken. They were prepared correctly and were hot too. I tried the Parmesan crusted first. Oh, I had the Garlic Butter Garlic Parmesan dipping sauces. The Papadia was hot w/ lots of melted cheese, copious amounts of onions bacon too! W/ a touch of the garlic dipping sauce it was perfect to me!!! The regular, sans parmesan crust, was the same full of onions, ?bacon olives! The only difference between the two was the added taste of crunchy parmesan cheese (and extra salt) and the dipping sauce was parmesan garlic. This dipping sauce recipe was disgusting! Kinda sweet and where was the parmesan? Run run run away from it! YuckThese Papadillas are tasty! I can get 3-4 meals out of 2 of them. Also, they are even delicious cold! As for the Parmesan Crusted ones? It 's $1.00 more it 's tasty but I can live with plain. Basically it 's just a personal choice.All in all Papa John 's Pizza ? has created a nice bite! A pizza without the greasy (depends on ingredients of course) pizza 's I used to get. They 're not that expensive and they are one of my favorite dishes that 's available to be delivered! One Note to Add I have called on 2 or 3 occasions when there was a problem with one order. The Manager was condescending and rude. The other times I called to see if they were out of chicken. The gal who answered initially was sweet kind. She said they had chicken. I told her that Uber had their menu wrong online for delivery. She was quiet for a second (this was the same on other calls as well) the manager took the phone from her rather nastilly. I could hear his voice. When I asked about missing things on the menu he was rude, condescending and with the attitude that I was not someone he 'd usually speak too! If not for the usual great service and product I 'd have been happy to tell him... Features: I 'm unsure. However, they were masked prior and post COVID-19 PANDEMIC lockdowns were announced and then lifted."

"I placed an order for eight pies hours in advance, specifically requesting delivery by 3:45 PM. My anticipation was high, given the considerable lead time I allowed. However, at 3:45 PM, my order hadn't even begun baking, according to the online tracking system. While I understand unforeseen delays can occur, the tracking then showed an estimated delivery time of 4:21 PM—almost 40 minutes late. Even more concerning was observing the delivery driver, via the tracking, taking a significantly incorrect route to my home. The pies finally arrived at 4:55 PM, a full hour late. Regrettably, upon receiving them, I found the pizzas cold and, more importantly, three of the cheese pizzas were severely overcooked. The extent of the overcooking was unacceptable; they were visibly browned and charred. I have attached photographs illustrating the unacceptable condition of the overcooked cheese"

"I ordered and paid online, which said my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived after 25 minutes, only to be told that my pizza hadn't even been started. I left, but then when I came back, they handed me a random DoorDash order under MY DoorDash name, even though I had ordered online with an abbreviated name. It was really strange and unsettling. I’m giving them only 2 stars because we ended up eating the random order since we didn’t have time to deal with it anymore. After reading more reviews, I've decided to delete my account altogether. This location is so bad that it's almost comical!"

"I called and place an order and pd with my credit card,they told me about 45min which was fine. Toppers arrives and gives me just the pizza and soda where are my topper sticks that go with the speical deal i just pd for. I call them back and the guy say ok ill send the sticks out. How long will that take? 20-40 additional minutes! I said ok are you sending a coupon or something for your mistake? He say you can have the sticks or the coupon! Now wait a dam minute i pd for hot food to eat so because your staff dropped the ball and now i have to eat cold pizza with my hot sticks?!!!??! So he say ill send the whole order i said thats better. Now had this happened id be happy but the manger calls me and says nope we are only sending the sticks and i once again had to break in down and i still had to eat luke warm pizza with luke warm sticks that were delivered 20min after my pizza. For spending 30 bucks with this place i sure as hell did not get my moneys worth plus the staff there was rude and basically called me a liar in a roundabout way!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EAT WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I WILL BE TALKING TO MY BOSS TO HAVE THESE FLYERS REMOVED FROM MY PLACE OF BUSINESS DUE TO THE FACT I DO NOT WANT ANY OF MY GUESTS OR FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO RECIVE THE SAME CRAPPY SERVICE AS I HAVE RECIVED!!!!!"

"very rude management. After the first employee couldn't find out how to ring in our coupon, the manager took courtney. she was unpleasant to work with the phone and told us that they are not able to make half a special pizza. we asked very kindly whether the pizza maker could do it for us and we 're not saying it. I am fully aware that this is very possible. we used a voucher on the phone and were given overall. When we came to the restaurant, we were told that we had to turn into our badge, although we didn't say that on the phone. more kindly mention that we talked to the manager on the phone and we were not told that we have to bring the voucher, we received a response from good I am the manager. her demon was very unpleasant and we will not return to the future."

"Ordered pizza for delivery with online payment of tips Received pizza 1hr later after the promised time; there was no notification of having it delivered late The delivery man considered it as non-contact delivery by default and just left the pizza outside, without even pressing the door bell or informing via text or email that pizza was delivered When I called the manager for reporting these incidents, manager NEVER apologized for what happened, rather was trying to justify why this happened; I was disappointed and cut the line A few seconds later, the manager called and informed that he will issue refund (yet to receive) and CUT THE LINE. "Order pizza at 10 a.m. at 11:30 a.m. I called to see if it would come because the app had not yet updated from “create” to “Backen”. They said they used the door bag to deliver my pizza, they arrived at 12:15. Closed within 2 hours after my order and 15 minutes after the place. My big filled crust came sealed and EMPTY! There was obviously never a pizza in this box! I called this morning and “it is out of our hands after the door picks them up” seriously? So last night after midnight I cooked because there was not enough pizza for everyone and they intend not to do anything to solve it. I ordered every week from the Moore location for 10 years without a problem, now we are moved and each order from this location is an hour or more to deliver, something lacking, something wrong made, so I think I will find a new pizza place to order because I am finished with this."

"The food is consistently delicious, and ordering online through their website offers great deals. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that I opted for curbside pickup and waited in my car on College for 10 minutes. Eventually, I had to go inside where I found my pizza was already ready—I could even see it from outside on their order screen. However, no one inside seemed to be making an effort to bring it out to me. I recommend avoiding curbside pickup, as I’ve experienced the same issue on two occasions. [Edit] There are no clear instructions about calling upon arrival, nor does it specify that curbside pickup is only valid in the three spots in front of the restaurant, which are not exclusively reserved for Toppers. It’s a bit of a gamble if you can snag one of those spots."

"I attempted to place an order online, but the checkout button was grayed out and unresponsive. After calling the restaurant, I was told the price would be the same as online. However, when I went to pick up my order, I was shocked to find that my total was nearly $50 for two pizzas and two 20oz drinks, while the online price was around $27. I inquired about the discrepancy, and the employee informed me that their prices differ and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked if they were interested in keeping my business, but the employee simply handed me my order and walked away. I then contacted customer service, who advised me to speak with the store manager. Today, when I called to reach the manager, I was told they only work Monday through Thursday. It’s unbelievable that this company allows their locations to operate with such inconsistency. I will not be purchasing their products again and will make an effort to inform others not to as well."

"I?m not usually one to write reviews but im a little frustrated. Order is now 2 hours late mind you papa johns is only 8 min away? yeah I coulda picked it up but i didn?t want to. I even pre tipped the driver $5 on top of my $50 tab for 2 pizzas ????. Ijust called to see what the issue was I was told, with the most attitude that I?ve ever, that they would just cancel my orderand proceeded to hang up in my face. I wasn?t even rude about it?.
