"This establishment appears to be operating solely because it has the Northport name and is perceived as a local deli. Unfortunately, my experiences have been marked by unprofessional, unsanitary, and rude service. On one occasion, when I was placing my order, the woman at the counter asked what I wanted. After I responded, a man who was also working there told me I should greet the staff before sharing my order, despite having been asked first. There have been numerous instances of incorrect orders and unhelpful service. I've consistently noticed unsanitary practices, such as staff not wearing gloves and issues with cross-contamination. After years of visiting this deli, I can no longer continue to do so due to the terrible service—it's disappointing to say the least."
