"Been coming here since I can remember, sadly last night was my last visit. Ordered a medium pizza with fries and gravy. While waiting for my order at the bar area I could overhear the owner berate a young employee on the busy Saturday night for about 2-3 minutes. No respect for young ones that could have been in earshot of the foul language, no respect for the employee. I asked another employee afterwards if he 's always like that and they stated It 's like that around here."

"Pleasantly surprised at the space and indoor dining room. Great service from start to finish. Friendly staff. Made a reservation on open table, texted when I arrived and was notified when my table was ready so I didn’t have to wait indoors. Had the calamari and crab egg rolls to start. Everyone in my party had the crab cakes which were large but lacked a bit of flavor. Would be top notch if they had more old bay. Also market price was $70 which is quite steep. Overall enjoyed my experience but would most likely not get the crab cakes again."

"July 19, I went there for breakfast. I wanted pancakes decribed on the breakfast menu. I didn't want the buffet. The hostess sat us down. She didnt ask if we wanted to order from menu or buffet. No options were provided. I then told her I wanted to orderfrom kitchen. She says she will get the waiter. Waiter comes : I tell him I want to order from the kitchen. Instead of making anorder for pancakes, he talks me into the buffet which we didnt want. So I order the buffet. The chocolate pancakes were hard andthe edges were dry. Dissatisfied and Disappointed. Waste of money. Very bad service. Its like he didn't want to be bothered totake my order. Why is there an option to order pancakes on the menu? "The Boardwalk Plaza is a charming hotel filled with character, transporting you back in time to the Victorian era, complete with period furniture as you stroll through the lobby and enter your room. Our suite was clean and spacious, featuring a separate living room, which we really appreciated. An added bonus was that there was no carpet in the room, which was a pleasant surprise since we dislike carpets. We also loved the beachfront location, free on-site parking, and the availability of beach towels and toys for guests to enjoy."

"This is a rather unremarkable hotel restaurant with minimal charm. When we arrived, there was just one person present, and the menu was very limited, with only one server on duty. He quickly mentioned that if I wanted a cocktail, he would have to go downstairs to get it. I ordered a simple margherita pizza, but they couldn't even get that right. While the crust and tomatoes were good, instead of basil, there was some odd microgreen on top. By the time we left, only a few tables were occupied. "This review is for the Village Market. I love their menu and the food is pretty awesome. I will say, for the most recent meal I ordered (Dry aged sliders) I definitely felt cheated. I only received 2 small 2.7 inch mini burgers and while it was tasty and 2 sliders may be the norm— for $14 I feel like I needed at least 3 to justify the price. The fries were also unfortunately overcooked so I was only able to eat half of what was given. They’re always really friendly and I would recommend this place if someone asked me about it. I do believe the price for those sliders may be a tad bit overpriced and that’s what set my experience rating back a bit."

"Whilst staying locally friends had recommended Victorias Restaurant so we decided to have lunch there. We were seated quickly and on requesting we got an outside table. Our server took our drinks order and when he returned he took our food order. Our food didn’t take long to arrive. The food was lovely and the portions plentiful.We then asked for the bill which our server duly brought us and basically that was the last we saw of our server. He didn’t return to see if we were paying cash or card. We managed to find the correct amount and left it on the table with the bill. Before leaving the hotel we wandered up to the reception area to have a look around, then we wandered back onto the broad walk and back past were we had sat some 15 minutes earlier to see that our table hadn’t been cleared and the money was still sat there. We feel that the service we received spoilt our lunch."

"We have been ordering from here for about 7-8 years now since we moved to the neighborhood. We order probably 1-2 times a week without any complaints. Everything has been great until recently. Delivery times have gone way up. Tonight took almost two hours. I understand they may be extra busy bc of Covid, but this should not effect the type of customer service they are giving. I would have been totally okay with an I 'm so sorry this will not happen again. They gave me a $10 credit for a $30 order that was barely edible. Everything had to be heated in the microwave.
