"ordered a few days ago. DELIVERY time was on POINT! overall this place was 10 out of 10 compared to some other locations that I will not mention. I feel like in this neighborhood the pizza places slouch and start serving garbage after they see you are a regular. lol I can't make it up. If I could I would. But end of story big daddy's on welsh is the best PIZZA so far in town lol. Grab a slice or pie and let us know how it was. I enjoyed mine I hope you do too"

"My wife and I now have a new favorite Pizza shop! This morning, I called and asked for several breakfast strombolis (2 regular egg, bacon, and cheeses and 1 veggie with eggs . I asked that they be almost completely cooked , as we were going to be serving them a few days later at aa get-together. This was our first time ordering with Uncle Joe 's and the lady taking orders could not have been more friendly and helpful! Our order was ready for pick-up just as I arrived and the gentleman cooking had just boxed the last one for our order. Super friendly staff, beautiful food (smells yummy! , and super clean restaurant! 5 stars!"

"HORRIBLE horrible horrible. First of all let me say that I have been a customer for the last five years. The food and atmosphere used to be so wonderful but the last year or two has been mediocre at best. The food quality has gone down, the quality of the dining experience is low (with dirty tables everywhere, dirty dishes, an absolutely horrific bathroom, and staff that look like they don't want to be there)... but tonight is the straw that broke the camels back.... I ordered a dish on DoorDash and thought that I had added a request in the notes section. I had not, which was totally my fault but I called to see if they could accommodate my request anyway. I was meant on the phone with just about the rudest most low class woman I've ever spoken to in a professional setting... I was in the process of telling her what happened and she kept cutting me off to argue and yell. I was so confused as to why she was angry so I told her that I didn't call her to argue and that I needed her to just hear what I was saying so that she could understand the full scope of my question. She put me on hold quickly and then put a manager on the phone who mimicked her same nasty attitude and horrible disposition. It was so disappointing that I called back to speak with the manager again and told him that I didn't appreciate the nastiness and that they had lost a customer... He said absolutely nothing as if it didn't even matter. Well I hope it doesn't because I will NEVER GO TO OR ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! The idea that you think it's appropriate to yell at people or be nasty because of a simple question is ridiculous...these times are hard and people are hurting and if I wanna treat myself and my family to a night out to dinner I don't wanna have to argue through your mediocre food in your nasty staff to do it. there are too many great restaurants in Chicago with wonderful customer service to deal with them..."

"One thing to consider is that it's not the best idea to take the empanadas to go and leave them on your passenger seat, as they come in a paper bag and can be a bit greasy. However, we typically eat them right away, so they never actually make it home! We've enjoyed these empanadas countless times, especially when doing laundry across the street during our visits to Florida. The staff primarily speaks Spanish, but they are very friendly. Even though we only speak English, they had no trouble understanding our order."

"This is a fantastic little pizza spot! The calzone was larger than expected, packed with delicious cheese, and the sweet chili wings were amazing – truly spot on! Beyond that, the staff was wonderful. Everyone was warm and friendly, and when they learned that I had walked there, they even offered to give me a ride back to my accommodation! They didn't have to do that, but it was a really nice gesture. I give them a solid five stars just for this kind of outstanding service; it’s hard to find. Thank you for making my first night in Lynchburg a memorable one!"

"Victoria, our server, was outstanding! She took our orders, served our food, and checked in on us at just the right times—not too often and not too rarely. The service was on par with the quality of the food. I ordered the Asian Salmon Salad, which was exceptionally fresh and flavorful, and the dressing brought all the elements together perfectly. My wife chose the large Margarita pizza, which was so generous that we had a lot left over! The crust, sauce, cheese, and fresh basil—along with added pepperoni—were absolutely irresistible! There was a minor hiccup with the Cheesesteak Roll Ups, but the management courteously removed it from our bill due to the slight delay. This restaurant is a true local treasure, providing an upscale dining atmosphere along with delicious food and ice cream that set it apart from a typical pizza joint, all at great prices. We will definitely return!"

However, if you opt for something a bit more complex, like a pasta dish, you may find yourself disappointed. I know food critics might raise their eyebrows at ordering pasta from a pizza place, but when you’re paying over $20 a plate, it should meet basic expectations. Other Pats locations have delivered, but this one too often misses the mark. It's unfortunate because the ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic. Upon entering, you immediately feel cozy, warmed by the pizza oven that keeps the space inviting during winter, yet it feels a bit too upscale for just pizza. However, anyone familiar with the area knows there are several exceptional pizza shops nearby that consistently produce superior pies. "Very good pizza and pasta, and I love that they include a little free garlic bread. I’m partial to the bbq blast pizza, and the tequila lime chicken. The pizza has a great taste and aroma, and the quality and quantity of the chicken used on the pizza is impressive. The only suggestion I would make is possibly a few less peppers in the tequila lime chicken pasta dish. It’s not a big deal (you can just brush them aside) but I think it slightly overwhelms the delicious cream sauce the dish comes in. Overall though this place is terrific, and I’ve found them to be very consistent."

"Despite this, I continued with my order and specified how I wanted other items prepared. When I asked for the price, she told me, but then hung up while I was asking how long my order would take. I called back to point this out, and she confirmed the wait time. After thanking her, I got ready to pick up my order. However, I decided to call back to speak with the owner or another manager. Veronica answered again and told me that the owner doesn't come to the restaurant often and that she was the manager. I asked whom I should speak to about her disrespectful behavior, but this led nowhere. She falsely claimed that she didn’t hang up on me and that I had completed my order multiple times, which was completely untrue. I had only said that once before asking about the cost and then the preparation time—she hung up while I was still speaking. I told her I would find out who the owner is and address this issue another way. Up until today, my family and I had ordered from this place many times without any issues, but after this experience, we will never return. If I could give zero stars for customer service, I certainly would. Veronica, your disrespectful and nasty attitude, along with your dishonesty, is unacceptable. Just remember, in this life, there is a Law of Karma, and you will reap what you sow."
