"On the positive side, the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna and Pork Bun were both incredibly delicious, and I'd happily order those again if I ever decide to return to SLR. Unfortunately, the Shoyu Ramen did not meet my expectations at all. The Shoyu broth lacked any real soy sauce flavor, and the overwhelming amount of wilted spinach ruined the dish for me. I take responsibility for not asking for the spinach to be left out, as I dislike it in ramen and didn't read the menu description carefully enough. Additionally, there were several very tough bamboo shoots in the bowl.
In summary, the ramen was a disappointment, although the pork slice was truly delicious! I might give SLR another try, possibly dining in next time. However, if you’re a Shoyu ramen enthusiast like I am, you may want to look elsewhere."
