"Every single dish tastes like it was made with love. The ingredients balance each other out, resulting in a truly pleasing experience to the palate. Some ingredients at times might make you wonder what they are exactly, since they may taste very familiar or completely exotic. The dishes are carefully and thoughtfully plated and the cooking technique is impeccable. I, for instance, had the duck leg confit as an entree which was tender and juicy on the inside but the skin was crispy and bright. The cubed potato it was on blew me away the simplicity of roasted potato was elevated in such a way I can humbly say it was my favorite. The desserts were not too sweet and portions are small (like a taster) which is perfect to wrap up a delicious three course meal. Each of the members of staff from the host to the server and runner were prompt and efficient. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to make great recommendations. Even his tone of voice was soothing and it was pleasant to have him around. One thing I particularly thank is at the end of our meal he politely *asked* if he could bring the check; he did not drop it like in many other restaurants. In terms of hygiene, the surfaces, utensils and outfits were clean. The restroom is average and somewhat underwhelming in comparison to such a great experience. The dining room is ample, yet not huge. This is somewhere you definitely go for the food and food alone. Perfect for dates and small gatherings. Great restaurant to book a reservation during restaurant week since you get the same quality for a reduced fee. Recommended!"

"As check in We arrive 15 minutes early our reservation 9:30pm the host clearly said "we ate getting your table ready almost ready will seat you in few minute.. we wait til 9:25pm saw another group came in get seat right away despite we waited past 10 minutes they stated that group has reservation at 8:45pm so that group got our table.. I came to ask the host the host didn 't know how to answer us becusee I asked why did you told us our table is being get ready now another group came 10 minute after us get seat the host came get the host manager attention she deliberately tell us mam you reservation is at 9:30pm we have till 9:30pm to seat you at that point I 'm completely upset I would be ok if they told us that from beginning I was going to walk away but our kids are hungry I put up with their pick and chose client.. after I confront the host they now just start getting our table ready.. we had been so many nice restaurants all the time we know how it work if that group has reservation at 8:45pm and show up at 9: 20pm or 9:25pm technically they forfeit their table..it is not nice of the host make our family wait despite we arrived early and the other host clearly told us our table is being getting ready.. we all paid the same amount of money and you can 't be discriminate becusee our group has children and might drink much but we still spent over $2000 plus tip .. our experience was ruined but I know not the server fault and it is new year so we let it go still tip them but I won 't come back if we are back in Aspen visit. There were 3 girls hostess don 't know the name for new year eve event. Terrible altitude.. Won 't be back"

"Although the food was good I just cannot get over the fact that the service was so incredibly poor. Things took a very long time to get to the table including the dessert which was just a slice of cake (how long could that take We were waiting for so long for things like water or our entrees that by the time we ordered dessert we figured it would be best to order it together w the check as to avoid further delays. We understood there was a large party at the same time as us but that does not explain how other tables that came in after us left much faster than us which had us thinking our server liked us so much she wanted us to close the restaurant with her. The manager did come to apologize for the delays at one point but that only seemed to slow things down further as any course after said check in took much longer ð¤·ð»ââï¸ beyond my understanding reallyâ¦â¦also oddly enough the pictures on the website really do not much the real life thingâ¦..figured i mentioned because they are quite different"

"We were offered the lunch special menu which is available until 5:30pm which was a great surprise! Such a great value for only $39.00 and it included an appetizer, entree, and dessert! The food was incredible. The staff was also very attentive and experienced. I am glad I returned to this restaurant and will definitely dine again."

"I forgot how expensive it is everything really adds up! The food was delicious. The bread was extra, which I hate. It was difficult to cut or tear apart and it was glorified white bread. A brown crusty sourdough would have been amazing, especially since we were paying for it. The mains were as usual, amazing! The potatoes seemed to have been under the heat lamp for a while. They are supposed to be loaded , but everything had melted to look quite unloaded when it hit the table. The iceberg salad was so yummy I wished that we had ordered 2! And, I was sad that we didn 't try the creamed spinach hahahaha, next time. The dessert was also divine. We love it at Bobo 's and we will be back!"

"4 out of 5 of us ordered prime rib. All of our dishes came VERY well done not medium as requested and tasted like pot roast. Our 10 year old had the Christmas special which included a slice of prime rib, the color was red (just about raw), we requested that it go back on the grill. It came back to us a little brown on the front side and still red when I turned it over. We requested that the child 's meal be taken off the bill, which was done. Our waitress, ASHLEY, was very nice and really tried, however, she must have been new and forgot many small details, like giving us a menu, rolls and butter, got the beverages wrong, forgot butter and sour cream for baked potatoes, etc. We had a 7:00 reservation for this Christmas Day dinner, we were really hungry and looking forward to a wonderful meal. Nobody finished their meals and nobody took home the leftovers! SORRY but this was a really BAD experience, and expensive too! P.S. I 've NEVER written a BAD restaurant review!"

"This was a one-time dining experience for me. The prices are exorbitant, and while the service was decent, it should have been flawless at these price points. As for the various meat dishes: 1) the filet was good, 2) the tenderloin was average, 3) the short rib lacked flavor (unless you drench it in BBQ sauce), 4) the Tomahawk was good, 5) the lamb was bland, 6) the portion of salmon was very small and overly salted, and 7) the sirloin was good. The dessert, baklava, and Turkish coffee were excellent. It was definitely the allure of "Salt Bae" that drew us to this restaurant, but I can confidently say it will be a one-time visit only."

"The place was loud, but the food and service was pretty good. I had a Seafood Relleno that was excellent and the Margaritas also passed the test. Service was good, but adding a 20% gratuity due to party size always limits me to the 20%. I'm not adding additional when they automatically put that on a bill. He might have received 24% or more."

"I 've been to BLT Burger, and my friend had been to BLT Prime and Fish, so we weren 't stranger to the brand. I had come once before for drinks at the bar but not the food so we decided to try it for the restaurant week menu. The oysters were delicious and my duck was cooked perfectly. The lightly spiced panna cotta was smooth and creamy. (my friend 's tiramisu was a rather cold (made it feel like it just came from the freezer All in all, the food was much better than what you 'd expect for a bar and grill but on par with the rest of the BLT brand. I would come again. Side Note: The table we sat at though didn 't feel very secure and was a little wobbly but we 're adaptable and made sure not to lean on it. That 's really the only negative about it."

"The food was very good. My friend and I split a mezze platter and some small plates and it was filling though we definitely saved room for the delicious baklava at the end! "We went pretty late, however the waitress was very nice. Wish the hostess were: we was sat in a booth but switch to a table. The table was very small and had 4 chairs. I couldn't imagine having another couple with us. It seems like the seating area is crammed with tables and chairs. They should move a couple or 4. The food was 7/10 but like I said, we did get there pretty late. The wine, the best chardonnay they had was tasty. Did what it was supposed to do lol. The carrots cake was ok. It came really cold. The environment was nice. I will be back for something else on the menu. I believe this place is better than what I experienced Wednesday night: we shall see."

"We were looking for a place to celebrate the wife’s birthday and looked at a bunch of restaurants in the area to give us a wide selection of meat and fish. I won’t lie what truly attracted me to this place was the appetizer mac cheese, which was absolutely delicious. We made reservations on the app and thankfully parking was a breeze (we literally have the entire restaurant yourselves just with the early birds). The server greeted us and took us to our table and began to go through the menu and explain the different choices of meat and the quality of each one. This place truly has a little bit of everything and it’s a carnivores dream. We went with some different dishes to taste a small sample of the food and let me tell you were not disappointed. For appetizers, we ordered the mac cheese and the tuna and both were absolutely delicious. The tuna was light and flavorful in the mac cheese was cooked perfectly, and had a delicious bread of all the cheeses and was not overpowering.We also ordered the 1 pound burger as well as the outside skirt steak and both of them were absolutely delicious. Truly one of the best burgers and steaks I’ve had in a while and this restaurant plays great music at the atmosphere is very relaxed and laid-back. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody that wants to have a nice dinner or just a laid-back meal at enjoyed delicious food."

"Use to be a diner. Upon arriving I noticed the outside of restaurant needs updating. Almost left by judging a book by its cover. We're we're seated immediately by a very pleasant young lady. We order friedcalamari shrimp with chili mayo dip.it was different but good My granddaughter order the grilled scallops(3)and shrimp(4) withveggies and rice.she said it was very good.it looked good. My friend and I ordered the seafood newburgh. There was plenty ofseafood over penne pasta.it looked good....unfortunately the whole dish was ruined ...I pretty sure was an over abundance ofnutmeg or cinnamon. Neither of us could eat this. A big disappointment. We took it home only to discard when we arrived home. Imight give this place another try and try the grilled seafood. ALSO, the interior was well decorated only to be disappointed bythe paper tablecloths"

"The restaurant is located in an excellent location, pleasant atmosphere. There are no questions for the waiters; they do their job well. I didn't like the kitchen. I decided to dine here with my friend only because their menu states that some of the dishes here are cooked in the oven. We ordered chicken breast with mushrooms. The dish was served very quickly. It didn't taste like something that had just been prepared. Didn't like the taste of the dish. The tea we ordered was served in a dirty mug."

"The food was outstanding! The service was just as impressive. This establishment is managed by a considerate team. We placed a to-go order, and they went the extra mile to make sure the fries stayed warm while we chatted. "What a let down after hearing great things about this place. Dunes outside on the patio which had no view at all and no music, just noise from the air conditioning vents. Service was fine but the food was fair a best with steaks more like that from an “Outback Steakhouse” rather than anything fancy. "I was HIGHLY disappointed with their food. I was told from 1 other customer that your food was very tasy but that was NOT my experience. I ordered my food late in the evening and I didn't want to order my food too spicy to aggravate my heartburn/acid reflux. However, as a Jamaican I do know about seasoning and my order did NOT have ANY flavor. It was bland. I have ordered a basic Cajun Shrimp and Chicken dish from TGIFridays and it had more flavor than your dish. Which is BEYOND astonishing!! I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Pasta which SHOULD of had Medium Cajun and Mild Jerk seasoning and there was absolutely NOOOOOOOOOOO cajun or jerk seasoning in the dish I received. I want you to know how disappointed I was and see if there was anyway to rectify the situation. I really want a refund of the $29.63 I spent because I didn't get what I paid for. However, I work at a law firm and know that I did eat this barely edible dish since I was starving by the time I received my food. Still I'll wait to see if you’ll offer another dish that actually has seasoning (I really don't want that because I have no faith that the food will be seasoned or that you won’t do something nasty to my food because of the bad review) or how you will proceed to rectify this tasteless situation."
