"Currently, the dining experience at Din is counter-service. You choose your own seating, and when you’re ready, you go to the counter to place your order. They still deliver drinks and food to your table, but since you pay upfront, you have to tip in advance. Disposable plates and cutlery are provided, and drinks come in to-go cups, which leaves you unsure about refills since no one in our group needed one before we left. On a Sunday afternoon, the place wasn’t crowded. While there aren’t many dining options in the Taneytown area, Pizza Hut continues to deliver the same great pizza and menu."

"This was my first visit, and I stopped by at 9 PM. Usually, when you go to a restaurant at that hour, you feel rushed as they prepare to close. However, that was not the case here. The server who attended to us was incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I can’t praise her enough. The food was outstanding as well, still hot when I got home. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated. The only downside was the lack of a salad bar. Overall, we will definitely return. I also appreciated that she didn’t ask for a review!"

"Pre-ordered for 4:30pm, doordash picked up at 4:30..REALLY???. Delivery was AT 4:55pm NOT 4:45 PM AS STATED. I pre-ordered for that time for a reason. If I would've known it won't be delivered for the time I want it, what's the point in pre-ordering??? Some customers have to work around their schedule but have to wait for their food not arriving when needed and have to play catch up. Not all people have time to wait. Now I have to take my dinner to work, cold. Food was not up to par my pepperoniand jalapeños just had jalapeñoson one side, not what stated to add to whole pizza, So disappointed. Doordarshan driver stated to pick up a 4:19 and had to wait 20 minutes for even my order to be done."

"Stop in to my neighborhood Pizza Hut and got my favorite pizza. Sausage and Mushroom. This was my first time visiting this store, since I just moved here. Small little restaurant, but a busy hub of activities. Watching the young men and women scurry around getting orders out to the drivers to deliver was interesting. The employees took the time to interact with me as I was getting my pizza. I enjoyed the fact that these employees actually enjoyed their jobs, you could sense it by their tone of voice and actual gratitude for me coming to their store. One gentleman actually commented, 'I personally made your pizza for you, I hope you enjoy it ' followed by a big genuine smile. Let 's see, when was the last time someone thanked you for eating at their fast food restaurant? I got my two medium two topping pizzas, that have never tasted that good ever before, and left with a good feeling. I always order online, there never is that human face to face, next time you want a pizza in Mira Mesa take 15 busy minutes and visit this restaurant. Let 's see if you are greeted by these excellent group of people and treated like I was. This will be my only pizza connection as long as I live in this neighborhood"

"I attempted to reach the restaurant by phone, but was greeted by an automated voice system and ended up waiting on hold for quite a while. I called again today and finally managed to speak to someone. However, after I explained my issue, I was put on hold again for an extended period, and eventually, the call got disconnected. Interestingly, the delivery driver I spoke with confirmed that the root beer was indeed missing from my order when they picked it up. Despite these challenges, I chose to leave a generous tip, even though I ordered through DoorDash and placed my order online through Pizza Hut. It had been years since I last dined here, and I was eager to try the Detroit-style pizza. While the food itself—particularly the bread—was satisfactory, the customer service definitely has room for improvement."

"This is the worst Pizza Hut location ever. They never answer the phone and I ordered a pizza and waited 2 hours no one ever delivered it and no one would answer the phone for me to cancel it. Just kept hanging up. Whenever I?ve ordered in the past thepizza has been terribly made, too much sauce light cheese and burnt toppings. Save yourself a headache and go somewhereelse. Update: someone finally answered after 3 hours turns out they canceled all the orders because the store opener didn?tshow up but they didn?t call to tell anyone or offer anything for my troubles."

"I had another disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut today. The pizza was undercooked, with doughy crust and unmelted cheese where they meet. It made us feel unsafe to eat. I will never return to this place. If I wanted a take-and-bake pizza, I would go to Papa Murphy's. On top of that, this location never answers their phone. The pizza is consistently undercooked, and they often don't even have the pan crust available. Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. As a follow-up, I emailed the address provided as instructed but never received a response."

"First time ordering from this location. I ordered a large pizza, pasta and 2L. I was scheduled to pick up my order at 5:15pm. I got there and waited about 5 minutes and my order was ready. I got to the car and double checked my order and the pasta was a Chicken Alfredo and not the Italian meats pasta. I brought it back in and told the gal it was the wrong pasta that I was suppose to have the Italian Meats. She opened up the box and then asked me well what's that one suppose to look like? Excuse me you work here is what I wanted to say, but I just said it has a marinara sauce. She said well you will have to wait for a new one which will take another 10-15min. No customer service and I won't be back to this location."

"We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. They got our order wrong. Both were thin crust and both had pepperoni. on them. 1 of them was supposed to be half olives half peppers hand tossed crust no meat. I called and spoke to Jazmine and she said they'd remake the one they messed up but we have to pick it up. I said thats not fair because we paid for delivery and it was their mistake. She said too bad, call my gm tomorrow if you don't like it. This is the second time that this location messed up our order. If I have to drive to pick up pizza it won't be to this place."

"Me and my sister ordered 3 pizzas and bread stcks left one of the pizzas no big deal called and the guy Dave wasn’t very friendly but eh bad day idk, well offered to pick up the pizza longboarded there on the promise they’d make it up just to get there and have him waiting out front in his wheelchair and afterwards tell me that the manager “can’t do anything to make it up” ridiculous considering on the phone they promised to “make it up” I’m not mad at him but whatever manager is here is completely incompetent unfortunately. "I ordered 2 large pizzas online one The Edge thin crust and the other a hand tossed pizza along with drinks. My order was $50. I received a call from location that it was ordered from and she said they were out of the Edge thin crust and would I go with hand tossed or stuffed crust so I agreed to go with the hand tossed. Then a few minutes later I get a second call stating I would have to pay $7 more for the different crust. I asked her that since they were not able to accomodate my original order would they not waive the additional cost? No was the answer so I canceled and ordered a thin crust and hand tossed from Dominos along with drinks and they were delivered hot within 20 minutes."

"My first dine-in experience at Pizza Hut was quite disappointing. The wings were far from satisfactory; they tasted like frozen and undercooked, lacking any flavor. "I am not certain when this restaurant started charging extra for pan crust or when they stopped asking us about our crust preference, but it seems like a poor decision to offer a choice for a standard item. The staff did not seem concerned about the change and did not react when we expressed that we did not want to pay the extra $1 for pan crust. This resulted in unnecessary confusion and ultimately led me to decide not to order from my favorite restaurant. The extra cost for pan crust was not justified by the overall experience, and the staff at Campo Road Jump Valley could use some additional training."

If you like the crust around the pizza then you will like this pizza, however for me I like a regular crust with sauce and toppings that go right to the edge of the crust this pizza did not do that"
