"This is a quaint, cozy, rustic restaurant with great service. Everyone agrees with every visit that meals are good, and, depending on who you ask, sometimes they’re great. A companion on one visit stated that the shrimp and grits are decent. On another visit, a different dining companion claimed the shrimp and grits were the best he’s ever had. Maybe you’ll be really into the waffle, but maybe not. The biscuits are special but the basics (eggs, bacon, etc. are average. Beignets are good but lack the New Orleans swagger. You won’t be disappointed in the least with your food. And, just maybe, you’ll find your meal to be excellent. Either way, you’ll be delighted with the experience."
