"This was our second time here to celebrate a birthday and the first time they really took care of AMAZING to make it a special time, but not the second time. I also made a reservation for a birthday, we stayed at a small table in a loud area, which was disappointing, but we waited for our service to get our drinks that took them a long time to even come to our table. She came to get the drinks and we were ready to order, then she went away, so we waited for water and that took awhile. long story short, depending on the she left to get something, it will wait a long time back. We finished our food, stopped eating and we wait for her to come back and celebrate a birthday. I always tried to get eye contact to wave them over, not even did they eye contact or come check us, so I had to help another worker ti with the bill and box. We never have to celebrate our birthday, we have to wait long if we needed some very disappointing experience."
