"While en route to my destination in Maryland, I decided to make a pit stop to explore the historic homes on 4th street. To my pleasant surprise, I stumbled upon a charming Cafe and Bakery that caught my eye. Housed in a century-old home, the cafe retained many of its original features such as fireplaces, woodwork, light switches, and bells. Though I only ordered an iced latte, I had a delightful conversation with the friendly owners, who shared the fascinating history of the house. The cafe offers ample seating indoors, as well as a shady porch where guests can relax and enjoy views of the garden. This hidden gem is a must-visit on my journey.
