"The food was excellent. My husband ordered the coolinary menu, featuring a quarter chicken, which he thoroughly enjoyed, along with some delicious gumbo. I had the shrimp creole papardelle, which was both spicy and full of flavor. The blueberry bread pudding was fantastic—I'm not often impressed by bread puddings, but this one stood out. While the service could have been improved, it seemed like they were busy managing a large and noisy table in the back. We were seated at the bar, where we could watch the hustle and bustle on Chartres Street, even in 95-degree weather, people were still passing by. This was my first visit, but we will definitely be adding this restaurant to our regular dining spots."
