"Firstly, I called to reserve a table for and asked if they took guest with no reservation. Hostess mentions that they are fully booked for tonight and only had a table available for Therefore, I decided to verify online and ended up booking a table for for and noticed that other hours prior to where available for seating of guests. Once arrived at the restaurant before hostess seats us to our table. I ask if it would be possible to get another table , near the formal dining area. She asked me to take a seat and she would inform me as soon as she can. I go to see her after a while, she mentions that everything is booked for the night. I ask how reservation works, when you reserve online you book a specific table? She answers yes, and asks me to go back at my table since it would require cleaning and it’s the last day before closing again due to It’s interesting because when booking online, no field is available to specify which table you want. If the guest haven’t arrived, how is one specific table already taken? And overall, this is low quality service"
