"When the okra finally arrived, it was soggy. While they offered to replace it and make it crispy within a couple of minutes, it should have been served that way initially unless it had been sitting out too long. I didn't feel confident that it would be ready in a timely manner, so I declined the offer. 
The ribs were served already cut into individual pieces, which I found unusual but was okay with. However, when I picked up the first rib, the meat fell right off the bone, indicating that they were tender. My husband, on the other hand, said his brisket was barely warm, with some parts even cold. 
Given the long wait, I honestly felt they should have offered to compensate us for something, even just our drinks. If I had needed to return to work, I would have had to leave without eating. Better communication with customers could have made a significant difference. I likely won’t be coming back."
