"I had the Thai salad wasn’t sure what to expect and it was amazing! My husband had a burger he said it was ok but not worth recommending plain on meat seasoning. Son had Alfredo bacon chicken tortellini he said it was good but slightly salty. Daughter had kids pepperoni pizza she loved it. Server was great! The restaurant was pretty empty at the time we went didn’t really need a reservation at all."

"I went to lunch while my car was working at Firestone and I'm so happy that I did it! I started with the sunset beach cocktail that looked good and tasted even better! I wanted the Buffalo Cauliflower bites, but apparently I am from Chicago, changed their menu so they were not available and I tried the Buffalo chicken rolls that were phenomenal! It is basically Buffalo Chicken diving in pizza dough immersed in ranch they are a whole new feeling! You get 6 in one order and eating all six would have been a meal in itself! I then ordered a bottle of the sweet red apple apple apple apple cider that was served with a chilled glass. It was deliciously very fresh tasting, not too sweet. But the peasant daughter Detroit style pizza was the icing on the cake! I literally dream of this pizza! The thick crust, the perfect amount of cheese, the tomatoes and Arugula and Balsamico blend their flavors... so good!!! Also very filling, I could only eat one piece after my drinks and appetizers, but it was great as remnants too! The only thing I would change would be to cut the tomatoes in half to distribute them more uniformly. The service here is friendly, the drinks options amazing, and the pizza from this world! Thanks for a great meal!"

"Went during busy March Madness, found seating in the bar area, excellent fast service. Beer was cold, and our appetizer and deep dish pizza were wonderful. Always a favorite spot. Awesome staff, fast and polite, even when they are swamped."

"The food and beer were both good and cheap. The service is friendly but slow. We were never refilled or asked if we needed something, and I had to ask for Dessert when they thought we were done and brought the check without asking. I felt a little hurry, but we went to dinner, so it was busy."

"The only thing I have a real issue is in the bathroom. I went with my dad and step-mom for my be-lated birthday dinner and my step-mom got stuck in the handicap stall because there is only a horizontal grab bar and not a vertical grab bar too. She has a prosthetic leg and had difficulty getting up. She couldn't unlock on the door, another customer had to crawl under the door so I could get in to help her up. She told me she has mentioned this more than once to management and so has a few of her friends but nothing has been done. So the next time I go there will not be until they get a vertical grab bar installed. It makes it an inconvenient for those with disabilities and with little strength. I should know I am disabled myself. A lot of people find it easier to grab and pull with a vertical grab bar and then hold onto the horizontal grab bar."

"Adell was fantastic! The service was excellent, even though she was on her own. I noticed management strolling around but not helping out as they passed by tables that needed to be cleared and food and drinks that needed to be delivered. If it weren't for the lack of support from management, I would have given Adell a 5-star review. As a chef and server myself, I understand how it all works!"

"An hour and 40 minutes that’s how long we spent at Old Chicago this evening and not by choice. First, we had a gift card so I made a reservation on Open Table. When we arrived (2 adult, 3 hungry kids , we were informed our reservation just put us on the wait list. They can’t customize the Open Table ap to account for their “no reservations on the weekends” policy so be aware of that. We only ended up waiting about 10 minutes so not bad. Second, we were seated in the back of the restaurant adjacent to the kitchen. Almost immediately we heard someone yelling “We need runners!” A lovely server named Jessie took our order and even shared her purple pen with my six year old who was frustrated (and hungry that there were only yellow and green crayons. Dinner took another 40/50 minutes to arrive during which time we got to hear much more yelling from the kitchen “We have six tickets in the window! I need runners!” My husband has serving experience so he briefly considered volunteering to help out. Jessie kept checking on us politely, smiling through a problem that was obviously not her doing. When our food finally arrived, all the food was there and right except the six year old’s grilled cheese. I don’t know what Jessie did, but it appeared very shortly thereafter. My husband did get his chance to relive his serving days, tracking down the ketchup to go with said six year old’s grilled cheese (she’s really only high maintenance when it comes to crayons and ketchup I promise. My kids devoured every morsel of food on that table and I got to use the gift card. If you go, be prepared for a long wait and pray you get Jessie. Thanks!"

"This pizza was amazing! We ordered a hand-tossed Chicago 7 with extra black olives instead of mushrooms, and I've never seen a pizza loaded with so many toppings! We also tried the jalapeño cheese pretzel bites, but unfortunately, we had to send them back. They were overcooked, hard, and a bit burnt, lacking flavor, although the cheese dipping sauce was excellent. Our server was very friendly and promptly removed the pretzel bites from our bill (we had already received our pizza by the time we returned them) and was genuinely apologetic. We don't like to send things back, but these were disappointing and not worth eating. The $4 draft beer was their only game day special, and with the pizza costing $26.99, that's why I'd rate them four stars. We were using some Christmas money, otherwise I wouldn't be comfortable spending nearly $30 for a single pizza after tax. It was definitely delicious, though!"

"Did my mom get out for my birthday tonight! Absolutely loves service and food! The pasta was good, although the meat seemed somehow like it was lunch meat, or? ve was simply cut differently, but it was still really good. The fried cucumbers are the best, I liked how they were seasoned, the mozzarella sticks were good, they were?t cheesy so much, they were mostly bread. I have the Ma?s Lasagna and personally I wouldn't get it again tbh it was overlaid and uneasy. But the reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because the food. Except that we enjoyed and had a great service."

"ANNEX we had my men surprise birthday party (25 people) today, Jake was our server and I can't even express how fantastic the party was! Jake was friendly, cared for all, food was ordered and came out in time and everyone had a wonderful time. I was so disappointed by the service in so many restaurants in the city and I was afraid that this would happen today with such a big party, but it was better than I ever expected! Thanks Jake and the Old Chicago Team! We're coming back!"

"Good food and service. This spot does need a larger reception area for guests arriving. Way way toooooo small. When it is cold outside in Minnesota, believe me, many will leave. no room to wait."

"I wish I could give this 3.5. It’s a gorgeous building, cool atmosphere and it’s clean. It was my second time here. The appetizer (mac and cheese bites, 6 come in this) was very good, especially with the beer cheese and siracha ketchup dipping sauces. The pizza was definitely subpar. By the time I started on the second slice, the grease had absorbed into the dough and it was completely squishy and yuck. There was nothing special about the pizza to begin with. The first time we went the burger I got was okay. My husband had a sandwich and really liked it. The service is very good, it’s more about the food not tasting good. I will say that the desert we got was AWESOME. It was a cookie with fruit and ice cream on it."

"This pizza joint is primarily for takeout or delivery. Our favorite is the White Broccoli, CBR, or Buffalo chicken pizza in the county. The boneless wings are good, but we really enjoy the antipasto salad and the Buffalo chicken sub. Service is prompt and friendly. This place is great for a quick and inexpensive dinner. Recommended dishes include cut pizza with pepperoni, chicken bacon ranch pizza, garlic knots, pepperoni pizza, and sausage and mushrooms pizza. Food and service both deserve a 5-star rating, but the atmosphere is lacking with a rating of 1."

"Always decent, never amazing. It's a chain, basically the Applebee's of pizza and run of the mill bar food. Apparently they have a ton of beer on tap, I don't drink so I've never tried any of their beers but the list is quite extensive. All in all, chain restaurant service, food and atmosphere. Our go to is the Thai pie on the thin crust, it's delicious!"

"This is a family-friendly pizza restaurant popular among locals and many travelers staying at nearby hotels. The bar was packed with fans watching the Denver hockey playoff game, so we had to wait a bit to be seated. The kitchen seemed to be short-staffed, which caused some delays, but once we were seated, the food was tasty. We heard that there was a three-hour wait to be seated later in the evening, likely due to the high school state track meeting also taking place. Overall, it was a busy and bustling atmosphere – a perfect storm of events contributing to the restaurant's popularity."

"Went to Old Chicago for my birthday. When we arrived, we waited over minutes for a host to even see us, despite the numerous other employees that walked by. We were seated in the back corner and our waitress did not see us for another minutes. Our waitress apologized and told us she did not know we were seated there. Our food took a long time and we were therefore rushed in eating, as we had plans afterward. My fiancé requested no mushrooms in his Stromboli, but got a Stromboli with mushrooms. We didn’t see our waitress again until we asked for our tab so he never got to mention the issue with his meal. I had a very large gift bag along with me and we were not once asked if we were there for any occasion"

"We had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant, thanks to our wonderful server, Emma. She was cheerful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meal. Every dish was delightful, and we savored every bite. The pretzel bites were exceptional! Emma’s sense of humor and extensive knowledge about the menu made a huge difference; she recommended several amazing items for us to try. She is truly a valuable asset to your team. We loved our experience so much that we’ll be returning tomorrow night since we’ll be on vacation for another week. Thank you, Emma!"
