"My husband and I decided to give this restaurant a try after stumbling upon a video on Instagram showcasing its dishes. The footage had us brimming with excitement, and we couldn 't wait to experience it ourselves. However, our anticipation quickly turned to dismay upon seeing that our actual meals bore no resemblance to the mouthwatering visuals. The chicken katsu, for instance, was disappointingly thick—a bulky chunk of chicken that lacked the thinness it is known for. The rice accompanying it was both cold and hard. Then the bang bang shrimp, was excessively battered and oily with disappointingly small shrimps. Regrettably, our dining experience was further ruined by the lack of service from our waitress, who seemed disinterested. She failed to check on us throughout the meal and even forgot to bring our drinks. While we understand that oversights can happen, her nonchalant response, accompanied by a casual giggle and a dismissive my bad, only served to demonstrate her lack of concern."
