"I had the CV Cooper cheesesteak with onions and steak sauce, and I have to say, it’s the best steak sandwich in the valley. The Matey family has been in the business for years, and they’ve definitely perfected their recipe. The portion size is generous—I could only manage to eat half and took the rest home. Unlike many steak shops that serve rolls that fall apart, the Matey roll is both flaky and firm, making for a perfect bite. Overall, my experience was fantastic. The service was great, the server was pleasant, and the time from placing my order to when the food arrived was impressive, even with the restaurant being busy. I always tell myself that next time I'll try their amazing pizza, but I find myself coming back to the CV Cooper Steak Sandwich. I really need to stick to my plan and get the pizza on my next visit!"
