"Our service was terrible. Our waitress acted like she had no idea what was on 1/2 the menu and claimed (openly) that the other half was not worth eating. The lights in the restaurant were kept so low i had to use the flash light on my cell to even readthe menu. To say the food quality was poor is an understatement. Parts of the meal were brought out cold, others were cookedwrong, etc. I'd not eaten at applebee's for several years prior to this and was hoping the food had improved. I should haveknown better. We would have been much better off going to McDonald's."

"I waited almost 30 minutes to be sat today while taking my 3, 2, and 10 month out to lunch today. After being passed by a female that ended up being my waitress multiple times. Before even opening my kids menus within 1 minute of sitting she asked if she could take our order. When I told her we just sat, she didn't come back for a good 15 minutes. After getting in our orders finally the other waitress had saw my kids getting irritated and got them fries to munch on while waiting. She also ended up bringing out our food. After our waitress asked if I needed anything. I asked for sauce for my bunless burger. She then went to her party of 15 so I never got it. We all were sitting for a while with no refills of anything. I ended up asking the manager for boxes so we could go and she was super helpful as well. Sydney wasn't helpful as our waitress and did minimal work. I am in the industry so I know how it goes as well as worked at red robins prior. To me this was unacceptable and I will personally never get her as a server again. She was asked if she would take us and if she couldn't then she shouldn't. Thankful for the rest of the staff."

First and foremost, I want to highlight the wonderful staff – they are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. The restaurant is also kept very clean, which is something I really appreciate. As for the food, it's absolutely delicious! If you're stopping by for lunch or dinner, I highly recommend the spicy avocado burger. And for those coming in for coffee or breakfast, the vanilla cream cold brew is a must-try. "Been here a handful of times. Every time we go to this particular location, it's always gives us an odd experience. My family and I go to Red Robin a lot! So we know what a Red Robin experience should feel like. It's usually an awesome time, that's why we prefer Red Robin as our main family restaurant and we keep coming back. But this location sucks especially this last time we went. We tried to give a shot since it was the closest one to us at the time. From the very start, the seating and greeting from the hostesses was bad. We checked in, hostess told us nonchalantly that it will be a few minutes. Didn't bother to ask us for our name or number. As more people started to roll in, they were asked for their name and number to ensure proper seating. We kindly reminded them that we had been waiting for a while and maybe they should take our name. When we did that, they responded as if we were rushing them and being rude. We just wanted to be acknowledged and give us an honest wait time. Other parties continued to walk in and get seated before us, even larger parties. Makes no sense. From now on, we would even make the extra effort to drive out further to another Red Robin location if we have to. This place will no longer get our business!"

"I recently visited this restaurant on the Saturday before Labor Day, but instead of enjoying time with my family and friends, I have been struggling to recover from food poisoning. Shortly after eating lunch at this establishment, I began experiencing symptoms that have persisted until today, Labor Day. This has been the most difficult day yet. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food that makes customers sick, and this is the second time in my life that I have experienced food poisoning. It has ruined my mountain trip and now my holiday with loved ones. I urge the restaurant to take hygiene seriously, including regularly washing hands, maintaining a clean kitchen, and avoiding serving outdated food. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. Although I am grateful that it was only me who fell ill and not my family, I cannot overstate my disappointment. It is simply not right. I have cooked for my children their entire lives and they have never experienced food poisoning. It is truly a shame."

We decided to eat there. We told the waiter our food was pre-ordered and paid for through Eats24 (via PayPal). He checked it out...brought our drinks and served us as if we ordered directly through him. The lasgna, chicken parmesan, and fettuicine trio was $15...and, worth every penny. The potions were so great...I had plenty to take home. My daughter's bacon cheeseburger and fries $9 was wholesome and good. Free refills on the watermelon-lemonade seasonal drinks $4. Good food...great service...nice atmosphere."

"It pains me to write this review, as we've been loyal patrons of this restaurant for over 25 years and have always had good experiences. However, last night was disappointing. We waited a staggering 62 minutes from the time we were seated until our food arrived. To make matters worse, several tables that were seated after us received their food before we did. Our party of five, which included two children, ordered nothing unusual, yet we felt completely neglected. Our server repeatedly told us we were next in line, but we watched as nearly ten other tables were served while we remained empty-handed. My youngest daughter was so hungry that she began to chew on a napkin in frustration. It's no exaggeration. I believe the management took 50% off our bill, which I assume is an attempt to make amends. I understand that many businesses are struggling with staffing issues right now, and I empathize with that. Nevertheless, waiting 62 minutes for food while watching others around us being served is unacceptable and warrants a poor review."

"Made reservation at 7pm. Didn't get seated until at least 7:20, which was understandable on Valentines Day. However after being seated for 20 minutes we had received no water or rolls while we waited. We saw a table seated after us get bread from the same server, who then took their order first after they had finished a full basket of bread while still not bringing us anything. Our server finally took our order and after we waited another 10 minutes for anything we finally decided to leave about an hour after our original reservation time. As we left our server was finally bringing a bowl of soup we had ordered, but still had not brought bread, water, or even silverware to eat the soup with. Very much ruined our Valentines Day, because it was too late to go to another restraunt. We ended up grabbing fast food and going straight home."

"The food was delicious service was ridiculously fast. By the time I finished the Caesar salad a different wait staff put my entrée in front of me on a hot platter. Best steak potatoes meal I've enjoyed in a Long time! My only complaint is that no one there told me about the TOP GUN: MAVERICK movie ticket promotional deal (spend over $25 get a theater ticket) so I felt kind of nipped. "It's been more than a couple years since we've been here even before COVID. I received a birthday discount via email and we decided we'd go. We had a great time. Our server, Brie was super awesome. She was attentive, sweet and did an amazing job with serving! It was at the beginning of the lunch rush so we arrived just in time. We started with the Buffalo Wings. They were perfect and also came with homemade chips and carrots! We had the Black Bleu Burger with bottomless broccoli and the Monster Burger with bottomless garlic fries. Nothing could be better than that! You'll probably just make it through one refill! Sadly, I only took a photo of the wings we had for an appetizer and completely didn't take pictures of our delicious, well-built burgers and killer bottomless sides! After this awesome experience, we'll be back!"
