I have dined here a few times, and my most recent visit confirmed it as one of my top choices for a high-end, leisurely, and delicious meal in the city. The restaurant attracts a diverse crowd, including tourists, young professionals, lawyers, and families. The metro is conveniently located nearby, making it easily accessible. One of my favorite things about the restaurant is the complimentary skillet cornbread served as a starter, which is always warm and delicious. The spinach artichoke dip with grilled flatbread was a hit with my sister and me. The crab cakes were also a standout, made with generous chunks of crab meat and served with a choice of sides. The presentation of the dishes was lovely, and the flavors were excellent. The service was friendly and attentive, and the pacing of the meal was just right. For dessert, the caramel apple pie was a perfect sweet ending to the meal. While the prices are on the higher side, they are not unreasonable for a steakhouse of this caliber. The wine and beer selection is great, and the bar is a nice spot to catch a game. I would recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends. Overall, District Chophouse offers a fantastic meal and service in a bustling area of the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the atmosphere on a weekday evening.
