"Very horrible food and service, burgers were warm but sloppy on the toppings and didn't even put the right amount of onions and lettuce they were on opposite sides and the other side was empty... Then the fries were cold and we had to drive back to the restaurant and get some different ones that were a bit fresher. They won't be getting my service again when you spend $30 for 2 people to eat it should be up to par and should not serve customers in that manner!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: None"

"I absolutely love this place! When I'm home and not traveling for work, I eat here as often as I can. In my opinion, the breakfast food is the best among all fast food options. The staff is definitely hardworking, and they always manage to make it happen. It may take a few extra minutes to get your order, but you can count on receiving hot, fresh food just the way you like it. I remember eating here back when it was still Druthers, and I believe the quality of the food is just as good, if not better now. You all are fantastic—definitely worth a visit!"

"The restaurant could work on improving their toast recipe that comes with the chicken strips, but overall, I really enjoy their blizzards and chicken strips. Parking can be somewhat challenging due to the drive-through traffic, but there is a decent amount of parking available. They are very kid-friendly and even allow birthday parties to be held inside. They have at least 2 wheelchair accessible parking spaces. The dinner meal type costs between $10-20 per person. The food is rated 4 out of 5 and the service is rated 5 out of 5. Recommended dishes include the 6 Piece Chicken Strip Meal, Banana Split, Raspberry Cheesecake Blizzard, Ice Cream Dish, Hot Fudge Sundae, and Royal Blizzard. Overall, parking can be somewhat difficult to find but there is a free parking lot available."

"The food is decent, but I've consistently had issues with my orders. I've asked for two sides of ranch, paid for three, and only received one. I requested no toast but ended up with it anyway. Additionally, I was instructed to pull forward for one chicken basket and ended up waiting for at least 20 minutes. Overall, my experience with takeout during lunch could use some improvement."

"I visit this restaurant a few times a week, and I have to say, it’s always a positive experience. Each time I come in, I’m greeted by friendly faces, and the service is consistently timely and professional. I've come to really admire how the managers and shift leaders provide constructive feedback to the busy high school staff, who are obviously new to the workforce. This approach is crucial, especially since many millennials seem reluctant to enter the job market. As a nurse, I learned the importance of nurturing and educating our younger generations rather than criticizing them. Every time I leave this place, I feel happy and satisfied. Additionally, I always find the private restroom to be clean and well-stocked with all the essentials you'd expect in a guest area!"

"The worst service ever. We were completely ignored at the counter while they made malts for drive-thru customers. The guy at the window couldn’t figure out the cash register, the cook came to help him, the girls just only made malts, and the other employee sat at the picnic tables outside. "The service at this specific Dairy Queen was top tier with a friendly staff and unbelievable food. My soul quite literally left my body as I took a bite of my fresh-off-the-grill, HungerBuster. The cheese was cheesing, the tomatoes were ripe, and the pickles were tangy. And bust my hunger, it did! I’ve never had a better drive thru burger than the one that was handed to me by the friendly staff of this location. Please keep doing what you’re doing and don’t you dare change a thing!"

"I decided to try this restaurant for the first time, but unfortunately, I had a very negative experience due to the poor service from a staff member who did not listen to my order. As a result, I was sent home with the wrong food. Not only that, but they expected me to return on the same day, despite the rising gas prices, to exchange the incorrect order for the right one. I was not impressed by their lack of accountability and felt it was unfair for them to expect me to inconvenience myself further. Many restaurants would simply ask you to return another day, but this place seemed unwilling to accommodate. Overall, I was disappointed by the cheap and unprofessional service I received."

"Have tried time and time again to give them another chance and been patient theoughout. First few failed trips were 30+ minute waits for a couple blizzards, or a steak finger basket. Half the time they either don't bring it all out, or bring you the wrong items because they send you around to the other side and forget who is who because its been so long of a wait. Girlfriend refuses to ever go back there for anything. Mind you we never ordered during peak times where they are overwhelmed. This has been going on for more than a year. Gave them another chance today. Same Ole story. Ordered ahead at 3:22, said in app would be ready by 3:50. Go to pick up, haven't even started the order, supposedly don't even have items to make one of the burgers, and underwhelming service. Couldn't even properly refund or cancel order. This will 100% be the last time. Sonic has cleaned up their slow times, why can't this place right next door? You can go to Crosby Dairy Queen and back before this place even starts making your food. You can go to so many other places in Atascocita and be home before you even fet your drinks here. Just shut it down already and build us a new one with new leadership and service we deserve on 2100 when they finish construction."

"I was in the store yesterday and an employee was on the store phone waiting on the manager to assist a customer. It seemed like they were having some technical issues in the store and the manager kept telling the employee to wait. She then yelled at the employee in front of customers about not doing his job, being on the phone for so long, and not working fast enough. If there are issues with store’s equipment, the manager should be trying to fix it or be in contact with higher ups instead of yelling at her employees over it. Also, aren’t they supposed to answer the store phone and assist customers as part of their job, no matter how long it may take?! Most importantly though, the manager should not yell at her employees like she yelled at the poor guy yesterday. Especially not in front of customers like she did. Looking at other reviews lately, it seems like this manager is a common problem and has been named personally as a problem by other customers. The franchise owner and/or corporate needs to do something about management or they will always be short staffed and a horrible place to eat."

"I ordered a double hunger busters with cheese. The Lettuce was old, the tomatoes was rotten and the cheese was absent, it's the worst driest burger I ever had.
