"The highlight was when I realized I needed ice in my iced tea. The employee noticed it was missing and went to get it for me, almost like a waiter. It was remarkable to experience such attentive service at a McDonald's—I never thought I would encounter anything like that in a fast food setting. I highly recommend stopping by this McDonald's if you're in the Florham Park, NJ area, even if you're just passing through. The staff is friendly, the place is always clean, and everything is served quickly and fresh. You'll have a great experience. Ba da ba ba ba—I’m loving it!"

"As usual, the food, and the service was very good. The staff seem to be down and bewildered. I asked what was wrong. They said the general manager Steve was working his last day at the Brick Brew. We met Steve 3 to 4 years ago, and he was one of the main reasons we made the Brick Brew a regular stop. His attention to detail his sense of humor, and always being impeccably dressed are just some of the highlights. We met the new manager, and she was very nice but dressed in a nirvana T-shirt a sweater, jeans, and flip-flops or sandals. The staff told me they were in tears when he left the building and a couple customers told me Steve is going to be the GM at Joey chops in Malvern. We will be sure to start supporting him in his new endeavor."

"We have been to webers countless times and although the food is always delicious this time the service was very poor. It took 25 min once seated to take our order then we were never checked on once we received our dinners. We were celebrating our sons birthday and the service really ruined the night. The manager did apologize as did the server but it was a disappointing dinner because of the lack of service. We will dine here again and hope for better service next time. Things happen and we understand that but we wish the manager would have stepped in sooner to help her if she was so busy."

"I picked up four meals for takeout today for a very important birthday celebration. The meals were expertly made and had lots of flavor and quality. I was very thankful that the hosts did a good job of calling me back about changing my order. Absolutely the best part of my experience there today was being able to see Casey. When you spend good money at a business especially a restaurant it is great to see someone who asks how you are doing and is truly genuine and kind. Just seeing her today and knowing that she is still an important member of the team makes me want to frequent that restaurant. Thank you Shadows for having such a great asset as Casey on your management team. It makes all the difference in the world"

"What a pleasant surprise! We decided to stop by and grab a bite to eat. I was expecting the usual low prices and generic menu options of a small Chinese restaurant; as well as the typical lack of depth in flavor with the dishes (especially outside of San Mateo and Millbrae). However, I was pleasantly surprised by the diverse menu offerings that stood out from the usual fare. We decided to try some standard dishes this time, but we are excited to sample some of their house specialties on our next visit! Upon opening the takeout boxes at home, I was impressed by the vibrant colors of the food, which matched the delicious taste. The generous portions were well-balanced with a good mix of meat/fish and vegetables. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the pan-fried dumplings had a satisfyingly chewy texture with a crispy bottom, and the sauce on the chicken was flavorful with just the right amount of salt and spice. While a couple of dishes were a bit on the greasy side, it was nothing to complain about. We even enjoyed the leftovers the next day, as the flavors had melded together even more. Our order included pan-fried dumplings/beef sticks, Beef Chow Fun, stone fish and asparagus, and Kung Pao chicken. We also made our own rice and vegetables (fried bok choy with garlic and salt)."

"I recently visited TBT for the SAD Drag Brunch, and it was an amazing experience! The entertainment was energetic and unforgettable. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, and the service was very efficient. We ordered the brunch platter for four, and it exceeded our expectations. I will definitely return for another event. Additionally, Mount Vernon is a historic neighborhood that is worth exploring."

"I do not recommend ordering the deep dish pizza at this restaurant. I usually enjoy the traditional crust pizza at Mr. Pizza, but decided to try the deep dish based on the recommendation of the young lady who took my order. Unfortunately, I found it to be more like a frozen pizza from a grocery store. I have had better pizza from a D'Giorno box. When I called to express my disappointment, I was told that the restaurant was closed. I stated that I was not looking for a replacement that night, as I understood they were short-staffed, but simply wanted to voice my dissatisfaction with the pizza I had paid good money for. The person I spoke to seemed to think I was angry or hostile, even though I tried to assure them otherwise. I believe that at this point, a manager should have stepped in to offer some form of customer service gesture or service recovery. However, the manager I spoke to seemed more concerned with my tone of voice than my complaint. My disappointment was not only with the pizza, but also with the lack of interest the manager showed in retaining me as a customer. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as there are better pizza options available nearby. I have given one star only because the person who handed me my pizza was friendly."

"The front desk did not understand priority seating as they had advertised with Open Table. I had to explain it to the manager. Went there for Mother's Day. Most nicer places had buffets which were too expensive for our group, since we were paying for everyone. My husband and I split the steak, which was delicious. They mixed up one of the orders at the table and they didn't charge us for it. Good business practice."

"The customer service at this restaurant is fantastic, but the food is quite disappointing. The General Tso's chicken reminded me exactly of a place that everyone disliked back when I lived in Boston. I genuinely hoped to enjoy this restaurant because the staff is so warm and welcoming, but unfortunately, the food just doesn't live up to expectations. I won't be coming back."

"My husband I ate here for the first time today. So glad we listened to the reviews on here. The crab rangoon was the best we've ever had. All the food was fresh, hot, and fast. The staff was extremely friendly and genuine. I tried the coconut bubble tea which was good. It was a very large drink, I took half of it home with me. The meat in my beef peppers was tender, not chewy like most chinese places. I'm glad to see they have american food too. My oldest sons do not (actually won't try) like chinese food, so this makes it a very family friendly restaurant for us. We will definitely be back with our children. Prices were very reasonable. Many menu options"

"I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"So my wife is big into Japanese Sushi so when she found this place online she was ecstatic to say the least. Since then she must order at least every other week. She loves the sushi rolls and the Miso soup. She also loves the seaweed and dinner combo. The staff is always friendly. The portions are great. "Oh no don’t go. I was looking forward to a nice fish dinner. We chose MoonFish because it was in an area we liked. When we walked in past the incredible door the thoughts of a good meal plunged. The SMELL, like an old dishrag that keeps being used but never washed. I wanted to flee but I persuaded myself that it was the real whole grouper they displayed at the checkin area. We were seated, both of us wavering about leaving and when the waiter came I asked about the smell and he was unaware. So, I again persuaded myself that it was a combination of fish and the wood burning grill. We started with calamari. My husband did not care for the sauce that was served and asked for tartar sauce. It took over minutes to arrive! Now the calamari was cold. The waiter took our order, pork chops for me, medium,no salt or grilling spices please, green beans and fries with truffles: my husband fillet medium rare, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. Neither of us wanted fish due to the crazy odor and chances that it might be rotting fish. So we stuck with the meat. After taking our order the waiter brought us a freshly fired calamari, nice gesture but we were saving room for the main event. What an event it was. Pork chop so overdone that I could barely cut it. Over salted and full of the grilling spice, the veg was asparagus and mashed potato. My husband got the right side but had a costly filet that was medium to well. I told the waiter about the veg mistakes and he brought me the fries but no green beans. I wish I could say that it was busy and the waiter was overwhelmed, but that wasn’t the case. He actually was very nice and realized the mistakes and gave my husband a free dessert that saved his tip. I do feel that this is a very poorly run restaurant. The kitchen staff are doing what they want and not paying attention to the orders. Yes you could say that we should have returned the food, but, I just wanted out of there"

"To the guys we met at the Acorn and The Oak bar prior night, Thank you for the Dim Dum recommendation! My friend and I have been looking for some good (non fusion) Dim Sum in the area. This is it! This is the place. My goodness, I took me a few places to finally find good siu mai. Come on! This is basic stuff. Can I make siu mai from scratch? Yes, yes, I can. So, if I go out for Dim Sum, I expect it to be better than mine. This restaurant did that. Yes, it didn 't have the roe on top but it was still flavorful. PRO: 1. The Dim Sum is good. 2. The 2 staffs were friendly when they get to you. 3. There 's a takeout menu. 4. Location: There are at least 2 drive thru Boba places. I yet have to try them but drive thru Boba! Come on! CON: 1. Even if you 're seated, there 's a bit of a wait like they 're short handed. Flag them down if you need something. 2. The location is etch a SUPER SKETCH. So, lock your cars hide your belongings. Or just grab an Uber/Lyft. 3. Ambiance. Dude, it 's a sketchy location. Don 't expect to walk in like you 're going to Slanted Door. Get in. Eat. Don 't use the restroom unless you really really need to. The parking lot is like walking into District 12 in Hunger Games with food as an endgame. So, if you 're into that then, MAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOIR FAVOR."

"I grab deliveries from here all the time, at different times of the day. There hasn't been one single time I've been to this location and the empolyees weren't crazy friendly! And they're usually slammed and they always have smiles on their faces. Whoever owns this place you've got a great team and I hope you show them your appreciation! I use to work in management in food serivce and if i had a crew like that I'd still be in food service. Y'all have something great there! Make sure you let them you're employees) know that, something simple but it goes a very long way!"
