"my daughter wanted to lobster and we had a gift card for red lobster, so this was a no-brainer. she had the muted lobster with kartoffeln and spit. lobster was good, not the biggest, but it was fresh and they enjoyed it. the kartoffeln were meh and the brussel sprouts were pretty good. the lobster was $34. I had the bar harbor lobster bake and warned that the picture makes it much bigger than it is. there were three lobster dicks (as advertised, they were petit) a decent number of small garnels together with scallops and muddle. there is also much linguine. it tasted good, but was a bit expensive at $31.50 we also have the coconut yarn cups... six garnel, but skip. better to get the calamari. red lobster is not a good food, but if they have a gift card and want to lobster, they could make it even worse."

"Some may have had great experience but I am just sharing mine. My husband son and I were looking for some dinner because we had just moved to the Cheyenne area and had not been to a red lobster in a very long time so we thought why not. We get there and wewere told 5-10 min wait which is no biggie. We get seated 20 min later and we understood that 5-10 min can take longersometimes. We get at our table and we were there for at least 30 min before some other customer talked to the hostess saying wehaven’t even gotten our drinks yet or been seen. The hostess had walked by us and made eye contact 3 times. Our waiter finallycomes and we order. We then wait another hour before we even get a sorry it is taking so long. By then my son was super hungryand tired. We said can we cancel and just go we are sorry but we can’t wait any longer. They said our food just popped up ifwe wanted them to bag it up. We said ok sure another 30 min goes by and we still don’t have it so I find the manager whoinformed us that we were forgotten. They dropped the fries as they were bagging and I could not wait any longer as it was wellpast dinner time and almost 8. We went to Wendy’s to get my son something fast. He was literally so tired he couldn’t eveneat. I am frustrated because if they needed longer waits in between seating customers they should have said so. I am mad atmyself as well for not leaving sooner and getting some food in my sons belly. They still wanted us to pay almost $70."

"The food was equally subpar; the Caesar salad was stale. I sat at my table for 23 minutes with an empty glass while my server walked past me eight times without checking in. Instead, the servers congregated in a corner by the kitchen, seemingly more interested in chatting than attending to customers. When my order was taken, the server claimed she could remember it but didn’t write it down, leading to mistakes. Overall, the atmosphere felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional, and it seemed poorly managed. There were too many inexperienced young staff members who seemed unaware of what good customer service entails. Without strong leadership, it's no surprise that the staff's performance was lacking. While the restaurant might attract customers, the service and overall experience leave much to be desired."

"I work in a restaurant kitchen and I give this place 1 star. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, but she failed to inform us that our meal would be served slowly. We waited for an hour before finally asking her, and only then did she let us know. The hostess was also not very good - I had asked for a reservation and was told it would only be a 0-10 minute wait. However, when I arrived 10 minutes later, I was told to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. When we were finally seated, we noticed many empty tables while others were still waiting. Our food arrived almost cold, and my fish dish was served on wet paper, causing the paper to tear as I tried to cut into it. The fish itself was not crispy as advertised, and overall we were extremely disappointed, especially since we were entertaining family from out of town."

"Our server was AMAZING. He was extremely attentive to my husband and myself. He was prompt with bringing every single thing ordered out!! He was easily the best server I 've ever had!! I don 't remember his name unfortunately... My receipt says Melillo! On it... I haven 't heard that as a name before, but if that 's him I want him to receive proper credit!!! We each ordered New England Clam Chowder as our starter... It was a bit bland.. However street sprinkling some salt and pepper on them we were happy! Our food was cooked PERFECTLY. My 6oz Filet Mignon was incredibly juicy and cooked to perfection! (Medium My side of green beans was perfectly cooked with zero crunch (I HATE when they 're undercooked! My other side was lobster mashed potatoes, that was a first for me... I LOVED them!! My husband ordered the Seaside Shrimp Trio with the lobster mashed potatoes and quinoa rice... He refused to touch the rice... To be fair I did tell him he wasn 't going to like it, but did he listen? Nope! He did his own thing and ended up with something he couldn 't eat... I know if we go back he 'd order it again and insist he liked it last time!! This restaurant was great... I 've never been to a chain with this type of service! There was even a table diagonal from us who was friends with our server.... We wouldn 't even have known had our server not thanked us for paying him such a wonderful compliment in front of one of his best friends... He did NOT stand at his friends table socializing... He made sure all of his chain customers were attended to! Will definitely return!!"

"Excellent service from front door, to the tableside!We were immediately accommodated and introduced to our waiter, Bryce J.Bryce is the definition of an attentive, and customer service oriented gentleman.He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and made excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. He was continously attentive throughout our stay, and we have nothing but excellent things to say about him.The food, like our waiter, was excellent. "Chaotic restaurant and even worse organization. We had a reservation, not only did they make us wait past people who didn't have one, but once we were attended to and the note of what we were going to order was taken, they kept us waiting for 55 minutes without any explanation of what was happening. So after being told to please tell us what was happening and after not having heeded our threat that we would leave if they didn't bring us dinner at that time, we got up and without giving any further explanations we left.It's the first time in my life that something like this has happened to me. Absolutely regrettable service."

"Where do I begin...it took almost 45mins to get seated just for my husband and I. Wr waited at the bar, the bartender wasn't exactly friendly and took forever just to ask us what we wanted. The beer wasnt too cold, and the limes were slimy. I had the fish and chips and my hubby got the admirals feast. My fish tasted like it had old batter, it was tough and not appetizing at all. My husband's food tasted very bland. The only good thing was the biscuits and calamari. Service was ok. Save your money. We are never eating there again!"

"we had a party of three and went during the rush times. we used priority seats through opentable, but just arrived a bit early to check and they had a table ready for us exactly on time. our waiter was caleb and he was absolutely phenomenal. he was friendly, very attentive and even recommended some fantastic combinations of products that tasted together but in the rule not in the same plate. one of us is not a seafood person, so they ordered the cheeseburger, but they even said that was great. red lobster is a good place for people who prefer surfing and people who prefer turf. the meal was somewhat more expensive than some other places, but the food costs increase and that is seafood, so it is to be expected, all in all, great experience. in any case would come back. I would recommend getting to the restaurant to check in minutes before their priority seat reservation only for the case."

"One of our better red lobster experiences. Glad they’re on OpenTable, I always forget about red lobster. Made the wait much more manageable for Father’s Day. Good options for kids. "Had dinner here at 6:30pm on March 1. A very nice, classy restaurant. We got seated immediately. . Waited longer than average for the server to bring the biscuits and ask for our drink order. My wife got her water fairly soon but I waited for another six minutes, after reminding our server that I was waiting for the beer. (A tall, slim young man with curly black hair, did not get his name. We both ordered an Alfredo meal, pasta and chicken or lobster. Much, much too salty and garlicky, and I love both of those. The last time I had an Alfredo dish at another Red Lobster it tasted more like Alfredo sauce. This is a pricey restaurant; perhaps they were short staffed. But the Alfredo sauce definitely needs some work."

"Happy Easter everyone!! I visited Red Lobster today i started with the amazingly famous lobster pizza warm flat bread with cheese garlic salt and chunks of lobster then moved to the nee barbecue glazed salmon, which was tender and juicy and perfectly portioned however it comes on a bed or cheesy fried potatoes which were also covered in a melted American cheese way too dense and salty and soggy did not complement the perfectly cooked salmon) to help with the denseness if the cheesy potatoes i ordered a plain side of jasmine rice 1cup) it also came with sautéed spinach and pickled red onions which were not acidic enough the dish was missing that little bit of heat or zing from a lemon Chardonnay butter and feta or goat cheese would have been a great replacement for the melted salty dense American cheese, and in stead of 1 2 inch squares of fried potatoes, a shredded or scalped bed of backed potatoes would have gone so much better and really elevated the dish from “Ok” to “Flawless” the barbecue glaze could have been more smoked as well, lastly i finished with the chocolate wave"

"our visit to red lobster was better than in the past. good service as soon as we were at the table. eating was good, the rolls are of course the best, and the price is ok for the amount of food they receive. my only complain is that we have used the open table app to our place in the line about 45 minutes before a arrival of 7pm, and when we arrived, the hostess said it would still be a 15-30 minutes waiting. I said, but we got our names in line 45 minutes ago, and they were not so busy either from the waiting area. she seemed super confused, then came back and said it was 10-15 minutes. that was “ok”, but I was still angry. we went past and hung through the entry to wait when the manager came and asked very confused about our use of open table. I said: “Yes, I have booked the app for a table at 7 o’clock and the confirmation clicked that it was not a reservation, but put our names in line. they still seemed to be confused, but they said they would get us in asap. we waited for only 10 minutes. it wasn't bad. I think they need to be more familiar with the opentable app and what it looks like they glorify their screens. other great experience."

"The server who took care of us was amazing. Nothing else was. We stood there for about 5 minutes without a greeting to be seated. Mind you, it wasn't very busy at all. It took about an hour to get our food in a dining room that was only about 50% full. My steak tasted like propane, the flat bread pizza just tasted like salt, the mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. I guess inflation hit RL hard because the food is WAY over priced. RL closing about 130 locations last year makes a lot more sense after this experience. I know we won't be back anytime soon. If you want seafood, just go to Captain D's. At least then you won't be overpaying for bad seafood and slow service."

"Worst restaurant experience ever! Just left there. The website shows them as busy but it was anything but busy. At first we were greeted by a manager as the hostess was seating someone. We were seated pretty quickly with Jamie, but without menus. We ordered our drinks, 2 teas and a beer. We got the teas but the beer took about 15 minutes, in a restaurant that wasn?t very busy. After waiting another 10 minutes, he came to take our order when we informed him we were still waiting on menus. We were given menus after another 5 minutes. After another 15 minutes, he took our order and brought us biscuits. No napkins or silverware yet.my daughter got a salad at which time she was needing another tea refill. He took her drink from the table. After a half an hour from placing our order the main courses were brought out. Once the food was delivered, we had to ask for silverware. My husband ordered a lobster tail, shrimp scampi and sea scallops. His side was rice, which was crunchy as if it just came out of the box. No tenderness to the rice at all. We mentioned it to someone who blew us off and said it?s the little brown crunchies in the rice. No, I could pick it up with my fork, drop it to the plate and hear it land! The lobster was dry and you couldn?t get it out of the shell! The scallops were also dried out. Obviously, the plate sat under the heat lamp long enough to remove all moisture from the dish. I ordered 1 lb of crab legs which were a joke. At the most it was 1/2 lb and mostly the thin non meaty end pieces. Certainly no where near $34 worth of crab. I ordered a lobster tail add on for $13.50 and it too was small, dry, tough and hard to get out of the shell. It was a fight to get any meat at all out of either the lobster or crab legs. See photo. The baked potato was fine. My husband would not allow me to call a manager because he likes to avoid conflict, but I can voice my opinion here. Avoid this Red Lobster! The last time my daughter and I ate there, we had a similar experience and vowed not to go back but got a Red Lobster gift card for Christmas and decided to give them another try and use the gift card. A $25 gift card and a $100 later, we learned a valuable lesson."

"first the host was fabulous, I asked for a place warm, as A/C always freezes me! she said, give her a minute and found us a warm both, great start she really looked after and smiled! She then let us know who our waiter would be: that loved. daniel was fantastic when I asked what the difference between two of the plakate is, where he told me that you had skalopps and one had crab that made my decision very easy. the food came so fast it was hot and amazingly delicious. it was the best shrimp sampling I've ever tried, even the fried garnels that can be fried like any other fried one you've ever eaten were very perfect. I mentioned that there was a lobster that was vulnerable. but what I really came for was just a few crab legs and it was sweet and tasty. I really had no such fabulous meal in a very long time. I had no chance to thank the manager for running such a great crew. thanks!"

"from Westfield to eat my 83-year-old mother for his birthday. Was immediately set and was given plenty of time to look over the menu. Raymond sits a family with a special needs child, and child asked if he could give Raymond a hug, and he was so special. I praised him and mentioned that we were there to celebrate my mothers and my birthday, and he added a free desert at the end of our meal. Food was great, service was far beyond standard, and I am sure we will return."

"We came to the 70. My daddy's birthday in our Victoria to celebrate Tx location. From there when we came in, Jessica gave us the best service we had at ANY. She recommended us Brussel-Spruten and no one in the family eats them were FANTASTIC and we will definitely order them again. She kept our drinks and cookies full while we waited for our dinner. She let us know that there were a few calls this evening and they could not sing “Happy Birthday” to my daddy, but she brought him the delicious brownie and ice cream dessert to finish our night. Aubrey, the manager also came to us and took a family photo for us. We will definitely come back to eat here and ask Jessica to be our waitress. The food and service were spectacular?"
