"The bartender/server, a white woman wearing glasses, was terrible. She didn't provide napkins or cutlery and didn't offer refills on items that were supposed to have free refills. She ignored our table multiple times, even when we asked for assistance. Instead of bringing a to-go container as requested, she threw away our leftovers. It was especially disappointing as it was my birthday. I hope this worker is fired promptly. I will not be returning. However, I must give credit to the chef for serving amazing food. If only the chefs were in charge of customer service, this experience would have been much better. (Update) The customer service team has found a solution to my issue. I will try the restaurant again, but at a different location. I will provide more details and reviews after the visit."

"My girlfriend and I dined at the Arby's on 3rd Street in Winter Haven last Thursday evening, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend the Prime Rib Philly Cheese Steak sandwich—it was delicious! The jalapeño poppers were also enjoyable, providing just the right amount of heat. The only downside I noticed was that the roll of paper towels in the men's restroom wasn’t properly installed in the dispenser. Other than that, the place was tidy and inviting. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant!"

"Although I typically avoid chain restaurants, I found myself dining at one while visiting family in town. To my surprise, the experience exceeded my expectations! We ordered the onion ring tower, fried pickles, cheese fondue, and enjoyed a margarita and vodka orange juice. The food and drinks arrived promptly and were delicious. Our server, Allen, was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant with my family during future visits."

"We were seated towards the back of the restaurant so the ambient noise from the casino was hardly audible from our table. That meant we had a relatively quiet time and did not have to talk loudly to hear each other...this could vary though if you are closer to the entrance, which is why I wanted to point that out first. Next, the service was very comfortable...nothing rushed so if you are looking for something quickly, this may not be the best place for you. That being said, the reason the pace was comfortable was because we believe everything was prepared from scratch! We had the biscuits and the short rib and the philly cheesesteak. Everything tasted greeeeeeeeat!! We will definitely be back again!"

Despite my reservations about Jersey based on past experiences, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm atmosphere of this establishment. The locals were friendly and engaging as we enjoyed the NFL preseason game. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. "I've been enjoying Legal Seafood for decades. I enjoyed the consistency of good food, served fresh, reasonably fast, delicious flavors, beautiful portions and all at a respectable price. I'm not sure what happened last night. The taste was moderate. The food wasn't hot. My companion ordered something with roasted potatoes. The potatoes were so hard trying to cut them with the knife was almost impossible. It would have taken a steak knife to cut it. Also the Iceberg Wedge Salad?? This is a very simple creation. Not complicated. It was just bad. My companion lives in walking distance to this special legal 's. He warned me that the quality of the restaurant had withdrawn. I didn't want to believe him. It is legal seafood finally...... He wasn't wrong."

"This is the only truly authentic macrobiotic restaurant in Los Angeles. While the menu may seem just "okay" compared to those in San Francisco or New York, it stands out as a significant option for LA. It’s owned by the same person behind Chaya Brasserie. They exclusively serve coffee with soy milk, which works for me but might not please those who aren't fans of soy. I particularly enjoy the tofu cake, tuna rolls, and hijiki inari. The salads can be surprisingly refreshing, as the chill from the deli case really enhances their flavors. And don't miss out on the desserts; the chocolate cupcakes and tiramisu are absolute must-tries!"

Try to catch a server flying by not always the same one. Some order are ready and sit on the counter, but no server picks them up and brings them to the table. "I've been going to Tucker's over the years since it opened and have always loved the vibe. Last night was kind of ridiculous. We were a party of 4 who got a couple rounds of drinks (beer, mixed, wine) and 2 appetizers and 4 mains and our bill was 350.00. My boyfriend's fish and chips came out with a cold center which was undercooked. We sent that back and then it was not even removed or at least discounted from the bill. I got the crispy half chicken and friends got the short ribs and crab cake. The food was good for sure overall but the value was just not there for me. Perhaps it was the 15.00 drinks which I guess is on us as the paying customers for choosing to order but....again....350 seemed like a large number for what we ordered. The service was just ok as I felt like he kind of forgot about us and I was disappointed that he didn't offer to remove something (even a drink off the bill) for delivering cold undercooked fish that my boyfriend had to spit out after one bite. Perhaps the off season is a time they're more understaffed. I will certainly return but was just underwhelmed this visit for the price."

"It was a quiet evening, but the atmosphere was sophisticated and professional. I started with a cup of lobster bisque, which was excellent and filled with generous chunks of fresh lobster. My wife mentioned to our server that she wasn’t much of a seafood lover, and the server kindly provided several recommendations, including some dishes from the lunchtime menu like steak tips and a grilled chicken sandwich. She opted for the chicken sandwich, while I decided to stick with the lobster and ordered the lobster mac and cheese. Both of our meals were outstanding; however, the lobster mac boasted that it contained a whole Maine lobster, and while there was definitely a generous portion of lobster, I didn’t quite think it was accurate to claim there were six claws without any tails. Nonetheless, there was plenty to enjoy. Unfortunately, the dessert was the only letdown. We ordered the Boston Cream Pie, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. Overall, we had a lovely meal and are looking forward to returning."

"Used to be my favorite spot in the area for a burger now it absolutely awful. Left before I even got my food. Walked in and the place was pretty busy, had a 20 minute wait time. Got me seated in about 35 minutes. Menus were sticky. Sat down and the table was coved in crumbs and some gooey substance. Multiple mashed up fries under my table and on the floor near the table. Walked out before they even got drink orders… couldn’t believe the host sat me there. If the front of house looks like that I can only imagine what the back looks like. Go literally anywhere else in Christiansburg."

"This is a spot that needs a sixth star option, as it truly is about perfect for what I want in a restaurant. Casual appearance, friendly staff from top to bottom, prompt service and super amazing food. The oysters were perfectly shucked and fresh. My wife had a lobster Cobb salad and I had a salmon bowl and both were super well made. We came for lunch and it was busy but not packed on a Thursday. I imagine a long wait on a weekend. And refused to stand by the policy that was that they advertise. Also the s I called owner screamed dont come back, and slammed the door in my face. I had a six yr old in my back seat that saw this. And I was suppriesd never expeariance such bad coustomer service! If head quarters allowed this kind of behavior to customers shame on you this Dq should be closed or find proper people to run the joint.I am one when I see positive I let a maneger know and suggest a raise. But I cant say anything like this. In the summer on Sundays Ive waited an hour in line. They couldn't take a second t I be paitent to answer a question or help me the mini blizzard was for a child. I though it was less exp then 3 dollars and change for a mini blizzard. This franchise seriously needs a new owner!"
