"After waiting for so long for the food to be done, the Carne Asada fries The cheese on them were not appetizing at all. It tasted like moldy cheese. Save your money. My husband got the chicken wings with fries. It was overly seasoned and overly price. It felt like you were getting heartburn eating here. After ordering two big meals, we ended up going to chipotle right next-door. I guess this is only good for drinks. Service: Dine in"

"Food and drinks are okay. Overpriced and I just have to note that they forgot about a part of my order when the restaurant was relatively empty, and I ended up having to wait an hour for six chicken wings. Hope they do better service for anyone else who comes, but this will be my last time here."

"The drinks and food look amazing. Key word is LOOK. This was absolutely the worse food I have ever tasted. Didn?t like the mangonada it was horrible. I ordered the popcorn chicken combo got garlic popcorn chicken and Cajun fries. Also ordered thegarlic fried shrimp. I?m guessing the shrimp had gone bad. And I know they must have fried the chicken and shrimp in the samegrease which is a big no no. When I got the food it had this weird horrible smell. The chicken and shrimp tasted exactly thesame u couldn?t tell them apart. They both tasted rotten. So bad that I can?t even describe the taste. So I threw $30 in thetrash. If you?re considering trying this place I recommend you don?t."

"I was quite disappointed with my experience! I ordered lemon wings and elotes, but the wings were overcooked and dry. On the bright side, the elotes were delicious! However, my experience was somewhat frustrating as they switched staff while I was placing my order, which meant I had to reorder everything (not ideal, but manageable). As for my drink, it wasn't great either. I usually get the same drink at the other Zero Degrees location in Frisco, and it's fantastic there. I'm not sure what went wrong this time, but it just didn't taste as good."

"I stopped because they had boba on their menu. But I should have known better when it was sitting side by side with horchata on their menu. The tea was bitter and over steeped. The fruit chunks weren't ripe and crunchy. The boba was overcooked and clumped together making it impossible to drink through a straw. Plus I got a show while I waited, as a young employee swung a dirty dish rag about while dishing with another employee. Boba was terrible. Service was subpar."

"Very bad customer service by a young lady working the day of 05/22/23 at 4:30pm. We’ve always been customers and love the food, but today the young lady that attended us was the worst! As soon as we arrived she gave us the worst attitude while taking our order, and then ignoring us later when we asked her for a wet towel to help her out cleaning the tables. We went back to order more food and she ignored us as she was busy “washing the dishes”. It was so bad we had to get the very kind gentleman in the kitchen to help us. Please have a talk with her because employees like that will cause you to lose frequent customers."
