"I would give zero star if I could. Today, my mom parked her car under the flag pole and the people here just randomly towed her car to a different spot just because they want to lower the flag. There were absolutely no signs saying not to park there or no announcement over speaker to ask us move the car. When my mom found her car, it were scratched and severely damaged to the point that her bumper fell off. We tried to contact the people in charge of the center as well as the event but no one took responsibilities or even help us in anyway. There were also no camera. I know this center already has bad security but this is outrageous for the people in charge to do this."

"We arrived 10 minutes early and they sat us in a dark corner by the bathrooms and backdoor. There was a constant draft flowing. We asked to be seated in the main dining room and were told there was no room. However, we looked and there were several open tables. We were told those were reserved and I reminded them we had made our reservations 4 weeks prior Our waiter, Nick, was excellent and the food was good. Unfortunately, it was a very uncomfortable dining experience."

"The food is incredible and satisfying. The spring rolls are fresh and tasty, the calamari is crispy and well-cooked, the noodles are just right, and the broccoli tofu is the best I've had in a long time. Although it was late and most other diners had left, the staff seemed attentive and welcoming. I believe the dine-in option is a recent addition, and the employees are friendly and generous. I absolutely love this place!"

"Good Sushi and Hibachi. Went on 08/11/22 and if there is one thing I want to comment?s the HOST! The girl is amazing. When we asked for the reservations, she went beyond and beyond to make sure that I had what I wanted. Once we were there, she was so incredibly friendly and kept busy. She knew it was my friend's birthday and at the end of dinner she went to the table to make sure he had a good birthday and that we sang happy birthday. The cook and the food were also amazing. The server was so incredibly sweet, but def seemed overloaded with tables (I saw her serving 7 big party-Hibachi table) but with how busy she was amazing and tried her hardest and I understand that I was short staff. She did a great job. But the host is 100% the reason for my review. The girl deserves an increase!! Look at the date and who worked and thank her because she is the first person you see when you come, is an amazing look for the restaurant"

"Cozy Thai place amongst plenty of other Thai placesLittle BMW motorcycle inside the front door- we were the first people there on a Thursday just before noonAll 5 of us ordered different soup noodles, papaya salad, pork belly appetizer and another chicken dish as well as the sausage appetizer.She didn’t write any of our order down and brought out the wrong papaya salad initially. Not sure why she doesn’t write anything down?!?…. Only person working there that we saw.Everything was delicious flavorful. The soup noodles were heavy on star anise 5-spice but we’re good nonetheless.The star of the day was the fried pork belly appetizer. We actually ordered another one because it was that good. Is there lemongrass in the batter?!?!Plus the extra hot sauces they provided and the small dish of fish sauce were helpful to allow us to spice our own food.We’d be regulars if we lived in the area!!By the time we were done- there were 3 other tables eating happily…"

"So disappointed I was hoping to like this restaurant. I ordered for pick n when picking up my food I thought, This is a cute restaurant. There was piano music playing in the background n the dining area looked clean n private. Then when I got home I tried the egg rolls n they r were tasty n crunchy just the way I like them. Yay! I thought new favorite Chinese restaurant. Until I had the horrible experience of chewing a piece of chicken meat on my vegetarian tofu soup. I have been a non meat eater anything that has a breath) for almost 2 years and I was horrified to be chewing animal meat! This is a big no!!!! That 's a big fail. I even asked before picking up my soup if it had no meat N they guaranteed it was only tofu n vegetables. Big big fail! I don 't recommend this restaurant to any vegetarian person out there."

"I recently had Dim Sum for lunch at this restaurant and the food was delicious. Dim Sum is served daily at 3 p.m. They also have a full menu with all the traditional dishes. Phoenix Palace is located in Chandler, off North Dobson Road. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of tables, so you shouldn't have to wait long. The staff is friendly and provides quick service. I highly recommend checking out this place."

"From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. There was a sign on the table with my name on it in a little basket of flowers. We were graded immediately immediately by the waitress who took our drink order. We ordered dumplings as a appetizer and they were among the best I've ever had. "Food: The food was really bland for Thai food. We had to ask for spice and got hot sauce on the side. I think the food must be zero stars. The waitress never asked us for spice level. Staff: In fact, the waitress was a bit on the rude side. Ambience: We were seated near the TV set across from the bar counter. The TV was set on MTV which was showing people farting, dogs humping, and people getting hurt (the kind that probably ends up in the ER). It was making us lose our appetites. No one was enjoying the show (maybe except the bartender) and I saw the couple next to the TV eating with their heads down (so they don’t have to look at the screen). Finally another customer at the bar demanded for the remote from the bartender, and she changed the channel. She was our hero! I don’t think we are coming back."
