"The food was delicious!!! The restaurant is small and is located in a small but busy city. Parking may be hard depending on the time of day. There may be a small 30 minute wait but it’s all worth it!!! The staff was great!!!! The seating was a little tight, but you get lost in the playlist!! The music set the atmosphere so I knew the food was going to be on point. The chicken wings reminded me of the neighborhood Chinese food spot but it went to Columbia for a BBL. My Lord!!!! The ramen was so good! The broth, the noddles , the meat, the eggs, the veggies., So good! Worth it!"

"I really enjoyed my drink; it was excellent! I ordered a chocolate-covered banana and strawberry. The strawberry was amazing! However, the banana was disappointing—it was already opened when I received it, and the chocolate coating was uneven, not fully covering the banana. Because of that, I decided not to eat it."

"Honestly I always order more food from here than I should but the Minced Chashu Bowl is so bomb that its a must-have each time I order from here. Portion of it is decent for its price compared to other places. The Butter Miso Ramen has been my go-to lately too and I love to add all their spicy add-ons to it when Im in the mood. Their marinated eggs are on point so dont pass on those either. I also love their Mala Shio ramen if youre really into spicy stuff."

"The food quality is good, but I've noticed a significant decrease in portion sizes recently, with prices going up. For this reason, I can no longer recommend ordering from this restaurant. The Tuna Poke Bowl was $16.00, but the portion was less than half of the bowl. Earlier this year, you could expect it to be nearly full, and the bowl itself hasn't changed in size."

"I also ordered the miso black cod bento box. I’ve tried many versions of miso black cod from various places, and this was by far the worst. It was so overwhelmingly salty that I couldn’t even eat it all. Black cod is my favorite fish, and this restaurant completely failed to do it justice. I believe everyone has their strengths, and not everyone is suited for every job. It seems that whoever prepared our meal that night should probably reconsider cooking in a restaurant or selling sushi. Maybe cooking at home for friends and family is fine, but not for paying customers. We never returned to AJ's after that experience. Never again."

"the best food truck food i've ever had!! the guy was super kind and i've NEVER seen a maple bacon chicken waffle cone, but it spoke to me as soon as i saw it and eating it is like heaven. my friend had the cheesy bacon hotdog, she says the peppers are cooked perfectly as well as the bacon. the hot dog itself was seasoned, she was not expecting it but was a very nice surprise, we live in Washington and will be back! the drive is worth it !"

"Delightful Sunday Experience. I really enjoyed the creamy honeydew with strawberry popping boba, while my companion preferred the mango and peach with peach popping boba. I’m truly grateful for this find. My first introduction to boba was around 2003 when my oldest son used to watch OPB, and Buster from Arthur was featuring a segment about boba after visiting an Asian market with a young lady. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to enjoy boba regularly in our small town. Thank you, Bobablastic, for bringing this to Pendleton.
