"I made this reservation over a month ago. I confirmed it via text and email, I called this morning at 11:15 AM and spoke to a gentleman to change my reservation from 4 to 5 people. When we arrived, the hostess was rude and cold and said she didn’t have a reservation for my name. I explained I made it through open table and she went on to tell me they don’t use open table anymore. I explained I had a record of the reservation, confirmed it, and spoke to someone on the phone this very morning, but she still was cold and dry and said they don’t use open table. She sat us anyway, and even after I showed her my phone with the confirmation, she simply was not interested. We had a 10 year old with us and were not offered a kids menu by the hostess or our server. Our server was not friendly. They were out of three of the red wines we asked for. We got served our food by two additional servers and no one noticed that we didn’t have silverware, which we had to request. This is normally a favorite spot for me, but the service was not up to par. Thank God for that lemon chicken, though. That never disappoints."
