"We dine at Artichoke frequently, and the food is consistently excellent. The grilled salmon is one of our favorites, but on Fridays, they often feature a special halibut that is outstanding. The whole roasted potatoes are superb, as are the asparagus and garden salads. The staff is friendly, and the owners are fantastic—they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the food they serve. It's undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Grand Lake."
