"Absolutely amazing! This, ladies and gentlemen, is what genuine Taiwanese food should taste like! An old couple owns the runs this place pretty much all by themselves. They know everyone around here and have been around here for decades.The food here, 100% amazing! Totally mind blowing soft tofu soup 豆腐脑 only served during weekends and in the morning; probably the only place in the city who makes soft tofu like this fried donut stick is huge … and taste really good. Check out the photos, it’s as thick as my forearm the oyster omelet 蚵仔煎 or 海蛎煎 is amazing，fresh oyster mixed with egg and sweet potato starch and fried lovely red broiled beef soup and noodle 红烧牛肉面 has a specific flavor that I recognize from my childhood. The beef is juicy and tender.For those from the previous reviews who think Taiwanese food should be more spicy or should be sweet, please go to some random American Chinese restaurant vs, trashing this place. I feel personally insulted reading those reviews…"

"I was really amazed by the view and by the name itself 360, you are not stuck with only one view with your seat. Food was excellent! Specially the “Prawn popcorn”, i am addicted! Service was really nice, they made our drink request even its not on the menu. Kudos 360!! A must go place when you are in Baku!"

"Our server, Nathan was amazing! One thing: we gave Nathan an opportunity to surprise us we Toro's best. Instead of bringing us two different entrées so we can have the maximun experience, we were both served steak. Although they both were the best steaks we've ever had, we were left wishing we didn't have the same type of entrée. The steaks were cooked to perfection. But we missed out on a fuller experience. Next time we'll be more specific. Nevertheless, it was an outstanding meal! Thank you Nathan! Thank you Toro!"

"This place was charging $12 just over 1 month and half ago in the year 2022. The same product (chicken) is hiked to $15 and $16 dollars respectively. On top of that they also hiked the price for rice or noodles by $3 aswell. Please don 't exploit people. Price raises are not supposed to be just randomly increased. There is poor, middle and rich class in society. Changing the price to that range just speaks to who you want coming to your restaurant... "The Rich "Otherwise the food is good."

"Restaurant has two locations the other being the Washington Avenue Grill (WAG) in White Rock. Have eaten at the WAG a lot as I've enjoyed the food and the location near the beach. As far as I could tell the menu was fairly similar at the Vault including their PB pie. Only difference is your eating in an old bank in Cloverdale. But even with no beach the atmosphere inside was still good. Always enjoy my meal and when they offer gift certificates at Costco the value for a high end meal can't be beat."

"Amazing salsa !! Great service and a fun environment !!! But they need better cooks with more than one style of cooking who know how NOT to overcook all the meat they offer. ALL dishes taste very similar! All with burnt burn marks on "whatever" meat, mixed with similar spices and all well done to finish cooking. The burned cremation, like a fajitas, but for every dish? This is the second time that I had to come here with the same results ... I refuse the next time I am invited ... Maybe have a drink because the mood is good and fun ... she just need better cooks ..."

"As always, food , atmosphere and service is great. We eat here a couple of times a month and most of the time our experience is a very good one. Sat outside for breakfast, halfway thru our meal, someone decided to turn up the outdoor music loud enough so that we could not carry a conversation at our table. Why?? Most customers want to talk and then actually hear what is being said at the table. Music should ALWAYS be quiet and not noticeable, in a nice restaurant as this"

"This is our new favorite local BYOB spot. We've been twice now. The staff is very warm and friendly and the food is superb. If you like well crafted food and are willing to pay for very interesting tasting, beautifully plated food then this is a great place to go. We've been twice and both times they have been great with dietary restrictions as well. It's charming, casual enough to walk in (if you can get in!) but also a great place to take visiting friends and relatives or for a special night out or date. The Wayne area needed a place like this. We'll keep going back for sure."

"Staff was rushing us. 5 minutes after serving appetizers they brought the main entrees. No care in the world we were still trying to enjoy appetizers. Another 5 minutes after that the waiter told us the kitchen was closing and we had to order deserts now. We barely got a few bites from the main entrees and they were expecting us to make desert orders. The desert we like is the molten lava cake. The ice cream would have melted and the chocolate cake would of cooled down if we ordered it and let it sit while we were still eating entrees. So we passed on desert. The service has gone down the toilet at this place. They are more concerned with closing the kitchen early than providing a good dining service. We love their food as that is still great. But the poor service totally ruins the dining experience."

"Had 2 recent meals that were fine. Now they nickle and dime you for everything. Tried to charge $3.50 extra for a tablespoon of peanut sauce. The recent coconut shrimp appetizer for dinner had 6 shrimp, today it was 3. This was literally a week ago from the dinner meal that had 6. I asked the waiter about the difference in portion size, and he had no explanation. Today they added a 15% ' service fee to the bill total. This was not a suggested tip. The tip would have been additional. Maybe the owners think people don 't look at the bill closely. Sneaky about upcharges, and less food. They reversed the charges when I requested them to do so. After being a loyal customer for many years I am not going back. And, they are not even nice. I guess the take-out business is their focus, not people in the actual restaurant."

"We came by this place looking for a nice place to eat (with reservations) and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered the drunken prawns as a starter and it was buttery and delicious. I ordered the prime rib and my wife ordered the filet mignon. We both ordered the creamed spinach and the new potatoes. Everything was very good. The creamed spinach reminded me of a really good spinach artichoke dip of sorts. Our waiter Renaud was very nice and attentive. We will definitely come back next time we make it to San Francisco."

"Very fast moving place inside with staff running around trying to serve food quickly. Check-in was hectic because it was crowded, so I can almost forgive the hostess. She looked stressed! Food was very good, quick, and very reasonable. We started with potstickers, then shared Pad Thai noodles, drunken man noodles, summer fire chicken, and chicken and prawns noodle soup. One star off for the loud music and hectic pace, but I'd eat here again if I was in a hurry and hungry!"
