"To begin with, have food ready for a pick up order when you give an eta, not 30+ minutes after. Have food ready by Atleast the latest eta it states the food suppose to be done and ready for pick up. Don’t blame it on being busy when I ordered my food before most of those customers showed up. Also when I took my daughter in to go to the bathroom because she was going to pee her pants and is three, I got stopped and asked what I wanted because they have a customers only sign for the bathroom but I guess didn’t realize I was a customer still waking on my food, I’m waiting on my food that is still not ready and I am sorry my daughter had to go to the bathroom after the time our food was suppose to be ready. Will never buy from this place again. We only went here because our favorite one is closed today. We will wait for the pho bulus place on Broadway that I have never had a problem with, and are not rude. Would not recommend and I’m still waiting………."

"Excellent ! We loved the food and the drinks! Innovative and interesting menu and the dishes are as tasty as they sound. Four of us shared a sampler appetizer plate, Mantoo, A vegetarian plate, and Beef Kofta kabob with saffron rice. The portions were ample, but not huge, and had distinctive, well balanced flavors. We will be back!"

"Had an amazing birthday celebration here last Saturday and it's easy to say RPM Underground is the best karaoke celebration I've ever had or been to. THE BOOKING: I worked with Raj for booking, he was super helpful and accommodating to get me the room I had wanted. He made sure to follow up the day before to let me know they were ready for my party and asked if I had any questions. Night of, he surprised me with a room upgrade to the VIP Lounge best bday gift of the night, woo! . One of the reasons I picked this location aside from the amazing reviews was it was the only place I could find that did not require a drink package with the room purchase. That aspect is always hard to navigate when you have friends coming for a birthday celebration or large groups in general. This was PERFECT because everyone could buy as much or as little drinks as they were comfortable with and they were able to do separate bills so I didn't spend my next morning combing through Venmo. Which is great because I was too hung over for that anyways. THE EXPERIENCE: RPM Underground is probably one of the cleanest and best maintained karaoke spots in the city that I've been to. Was really pleased to find no sticky tables, bathrooms that work only a little shade to Radio Star Karaoke on their broken bathrooms lol as well as interesting, well decorated and spacious rooms. OH I don't know if this was just for the VIP Lounge but I LOVE THE LIGHTS, felt like we had a night club to ourselves 10 10. Okay last shout out goes to our amazing bartender Sisloob I was told pronounced She lo, wanted to get right for this review haha . It was my birthday so I myself did not buy any of my own drinks, was treated by friends; but his energy for the night was PERFECT. That man can really sing and he really helped to get the party going. Like our very own host DJ haha. Sisloob, I hope my friends tipped you well. Thanks for spending the night with us. This place is further uptown than you'd typically expect for NYC karaoke but I promise it's worth the trip. Thank you!!"

"The door staff is disgusting but the place itself is fun. Food is mediocre but presented tastefully and I’m surprised it even came out warm. The security staff here is wannabe pretentious but I’m assuming that’s because of all of the underage girls in the place. It served its purpose for my friends birthday but as for myself that was in charge of our group, it was a nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend nor return. The best thing about this place was definitely the DJ he kept us on our feet all night."

"Warique Williamsburg is a great neighborhood hidden gem. The backyard seating feels like a little oasis. It was cozy and not too noisy. The food was great. A nice slightly more varied menu than your regular Peruvian restaurant. The ceviche was fresh and nicely plated. The Aji de gallina, and pescado a lo macho all great choices! I was impressed with the desserts as well. Musty try the picarones as that is hard to find in Peruvian restaurants here. Service could slightly improve. Waiter was not around when needed."

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first few orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"OMG! This place is delicious!!!! I can’t wait to go back! We had lomo saltado, tallarín verde, chicken, anticuchos and chaufa! I mostly loved their aji verde! I swear it was delicious! We also ordered classic ceviche and my whole family loved it but it was a bit sour for me… overall it was amazing food! Service was good!"

"I expected more based on the reviews. I am a bit of a Peruvian snob since I travel all over and try Peruvian everywhere as part of my travels. I have to say the food was a 7.6 out of 10 overall. First they didn't have a few plates we requested like the Octopus and the Seco but they did have the ceviches. The Rocoto Ceviche was better than the classic but I felt it was a bit salty and the fish was not cut properly for this dish. The Aji de Gallina was cheesy which I thought was strange as it shouldn't be. The Yucca Truffle was salty but the sauce that it came with was very nice. All and all it wasn't all the rave but decent. The service was nice and on time so for that I was happy. Again I enjoyed the dinner I am a little picky due to my past experiences. So if you are like me you will understand this post"

"Go anywhere else in Miami but there.Don’t waste your time waiting in line, they just want to create a long one so it makes you think the place is packed and popular, but once there the place is incredibly small and barely filled. All the staff is clearly overwhelmed and very unprofessional. At some point of the night, the bouncers decide who’s in and who’s out just based on fake physical appearance. I’m not talking about dress code or willingness to book a table, I’m talking about the bouncer randomly picking the people that look more like coming out of the Jersey Shore TV show, and throwing out of the line and humiliate people that have been waiting for a long time and are very well dressed.It’s a pity that the priority to get is in club is based on this fake physical image. Clearly the bouncers and managers have been rejected by their intelligence at some point in their lives, and now they feel powerful by rejecting people that do not fit in their mediocre standards.This club is a shame for Miami."

"When we visit the place was empty we saw that may was closed, but, one person behind the bar help us and accommodate our group easy and after we was seated more people started to showing up. The food was excellent on every dish that we ordered. If I return to the restaurant would be for the food. Parking around the restaurant can be little hard, but, you can find free park on the street. "My friend and I ordered the steak and chicken meal with white rice and salad which had a huge avocado enclosed. The whole could feed 3 individuals. In total, I only paid $47 including tax. The meal was absolutely delicious. The steak was tender and juicy. The chicken was well done. I will definitely go back if I am going this neighborhood again."

"Being a reputable location with a long history I expected the bar to be set high when i walked in here. Granted it was a Sunday night the service should still be up to par and I hate to say it was not. They do not have enough bartenders/servers for there private rooms and general spaces.
